“I inquired about the removal of my deck, followed with an immediate quote from Jeff in Edmonton, who was timely, fair and extremely professional while also wearing his mask. thank you Jeff. I immediately accepted the very competitive quote and the work took place exactly on the day and time that I requested. Once the work was started, it was done early, all debris removed and was extremely satisfied with this service and will absolutely return. I don't often complete reviews however this was well worth recognizing. Thank you Jeff and your 2 assistants.”

“Calgary office. Arrived four hours late. Despite taking photos of things NOT to remove, removed them, "lost" a valuable item. Worked hard but used profanity the whole time. Not impressed at all.”

“Amazing experience with this company - One reason why I chose this company was that they donate and recycle items - unfortunately I don't remember the names of the young men that were here today but they were efficient, polite, and on time - they removed all my items very quickly - I had a lot of furniture that need removing and these young men were top notch - Should ever the need arise again I will definitely be contacting Just Junk and highly recommend their services”

“Absolutely fabulous company and great workers! Arrived on time to give estimate, within 30 seconds of accepting the estimate, they started loading! We had almost a full truckload worth of stuff, and they were done in just over an hour!!!! “This company has no idea the value of Honesty, they quote you one price on line and it seems very reasonable, they show up get into your home and now the sad looking quote they provide on there phone shows up and it’s 5x the the original cost?? Oh would you like me to call my boss to see if I can get you a better price? What a joke, I would not recommend them to my worst friends, they post all these amazing reviews on there web site I should have known better too to trust that. Once I looked at other posts I can see how the truth is really spoken about this company. Absolute Joke.”

“I have used just junk numerous times. Got a different crew this time. I had very little in scrap wood and drywall pieces. Maybe filled up a wheel barrow and some cardboard boxes. I would have run this stuff to the dump myself, but was extremely busy. The driver wanted to charge me $259 and said it was based on weight. I told them not interested and then he quickly change his tune, not once, but twice on price as I said not interested. We settled on a price, but unfortunately will never use JustJunk again.”

“Horrible pricing ,, do not use this company. I had been charged allmost 400 dollars for the removal of 6 small items . Yes very polite guys . People usually are nice to you when you’re getting ripped off . Extremely unhappy. I had phoned the company the girl on the phone was no help at all . Or just simply didn’t want to help . Didn’t seem like she even cared . Didn’t offer a number for complaints . I felt it was a very in fair price for what was moved . I will spread the word about just junk . Horrible company.”

“This company seems to have a scheduling issue, but they did eventually show up. They did haul quite a bit in a timely fashion. They were polite. They did not sweep up afterwards. I specifically placed things in one area that I wanted to keep, and actually told one of the workers that I did not want to junk a rubber mallet that he was coveting. That item and at least one other item that I know of from the “ do not take “ pile suspiciously disappeared.”
