“Called Just Junk London ON at 8:30 am to book an appointment today. Had a same day appointment for 11:00 am same day. Michael, Justin, & Julian called to verify their arrival time and arrived right on time. Gave me an estimate and removed several old/unwanted pieces of furniture right away for me. They were very professional and polite from beginning to the end of the job. Reasonable pricing and a very efficient crew. Will definitely call again if need any more junk removed. Will also recommend their firm to family and friends who need help removing junk. Thank you Just Junk you saved me a lot of work.”

“Great service and reasonable price. The two men were tied up at the junkyard. They called to let me know they were running late. Both men were polite and professional. They did a great job.”

“Reserved a bin and confirmed if the amount of space we had on site was adequate. I was told it would be sufficient. After waiting for it the next day, I received a call from the driver saying that the space available would not be enough and that if they came to the house to check it would cost me $90. I had to cancel the order with now a mad scramble to find another garbage service to remove junk from my house that needed to be gone for work to continue in my house as it is undergoing renovation. Poor communication on their end which is disappointing because I was hoping to have worked with them.”

“I booked my appointment the evening after a windstorm for first thing the very next morning. They arrived within a timely manner and completely removed all the debris from our shed that had blown across the yard. They were quick, friendly and left my yard looking as if nothing had happened (minus the shed that is now missing). They were here for all of 45 mins to clear everything at a very reasonable price. I am one satisfied customer and will be calling them again for all my junk removal needs!”

“505junk removed a large 10x10 foot wooden shed and a large hot tub contained within. There was a 2 foot gap between the shed and the fence on two sides. They had to carry the debris from the backyard to their truck parked in the driveway past the house and another fence with only a 3 foot gap. Everything was removed in one day without mishap. I do not hesitate to recommend them!”

“We were super impressed with JUST JUNK ! From the time I made the appointment online, the two young men David and the 5 feet 18 inches in height fella were very polite and respectful in moving an old 42 inch monster of a CRT television with just their own strength. This was all accomplished in less then a half hour. Beyond impressed and will use again and also refer your company to others that need your services. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. “I had an old loveseat and a couple of leftover rubbermaid tubs from my recent move to my new apartment that I needed to dispose of. The loveseat was in pretty rough condition after 20 years of use so I purchase a new one which was due to arrive within a couple of days. The best thing I could do was call Just Junk and ask them to take on this job since they did one for me not so long ago. The guys that came yesterday were really great and did a great job once again. It was affordable, customer services was great and I would highly recommend them. I could not have been happier to be rid of the old loveseat. As they say "out with the old and in with the new" and these guys paved the way. Thank you again, Just Junk!”

“We had only a treadmill to be picked up. We moved it ourselves to the front yard so that all the guys had to do was bring it to the truck from the front steps of our house. They charged us $171 for a 5 minute job and stated that all treadmills are that standard price - and yet nowhere on their website does it state this, that I could find. What a complete rip off!”

“I had 4 appliances + a small cabinet/sink removed from my basement ( which my new delivery people could not do). Were on time, were very friendly, clean and courteous. Remove everything within the the 30 minutes. Took my call instantly. Did not charge more than I expected for a job with so many appliances. Thank you and will gladly call you again.”

“Justin and his two co-workers just left, and I'm very happy to be rid of the mess in my home. They were in and out in 20 minutes and saved me and my bad back a ton of misery. Will definitely call for the next round of cleanup!”

“Dealt with Just Junk this past Saturday 20th Nov, 2021 for the first time and have nothing but good things to say. First contact with Mason during the initial estiate was on time and to the point. He was very efficient and had my quote ready within minutes. Any interactions I had with him or his manage Peter were great and response to a ny calls or questions were responded to immediately. On Saturday as promised Michael, Cole and another young man were on site exactly on time and began working. All three were extremely polite which made dealing with them a joy. Another crew of three and a truck showed up halfway through and the job was completed within two hours. Due to the efficiency and professionalism of the crew, the job was completed within the time quoted and approximately $400.00 to $500.00 below the quoted price. The whole situation of dealing with a tenant who vacated the property without notice, and left a disgusting mess in every room was extremely stressful and upsetting. It was a lot easier to deal with due to the efficiency, teamwork and professionalism of the JustJunk team. I recommend this company to anyone that finds themselves in that situation, and will use them again in a heartbeat. Once again , thanks for everything JustJunk team you are much appreciated Todd”
