“Just Junk was professional and reasonable. Brad and Andrew went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It was more affordable than expected. Definitely would use the service again. Thanks!”

“Very unprofessional service. Made an initial appointment with instructions and pictures of items to be removed, but they did not bring a large enough truck. I was told they would return the next day as this was their mistake and that there would be no additional charge. We were initially scheduled for a time between 10-1:00, received a call day asking if they could come earlier but we werent ready and asked to stick with the original time - they confirmed they would arrive by 11:00. At 11:45 I was told they would not be there until 2 but Scott could send someone "right away"...At 1:00 I was told they were still more than an hour away and that the person Scott called was almost 2 hours away. Very unprofessional, in fact at some point Scott used a very derogatory term for people with intellectual disabilities....When they finally arrived I needed to step out to the store a I had been waiting for more than 3 hours past my confirmed time. While I was shopping I missed there call and immediately began receiving threatening text messages from the drivers and Scott informing me if I did not contact them in 10 minutes that they would remove my items from their truck. Do not give these people any of your money. Horrible experience”

“Job just completed, and we were quite impressed. There were 6 movers who came, and they worked together well to complete a difficult move of a large chest freezer and sofa bed from the basement, along with assorted items from the garage. They were very polite, efficient, and positive throughout. The price was reasonable. We would highly recommend this company.”

“I am moving October 29th and I had three things that I am unable to take with me because they won't fit into the apartment I am moving to. Two young gentleman came just today and were able to take these items for me and donate them to charity for me so someone else can enjoy them. They were so nice and efficient and they did a great job and the price was reasonable as well for the three items I had for them. When you are not able to have a family member assist you because of scheduling issues, Just Junk filled the bill just fine. I appreciated that the price was so reasonable -- under $200.00 as well. I would recommend them to anybody.”

“Robin & Chad came this morning to remove our old treadmill. They were both very professional and very friendly. Removal was done with absolutely no problems. We found Just Junk to be very business like and well run. Calls were made to confirm time and address and we were given a 20 minute heads up. We would highly recommend Just Junk to anyone who needs things taken away.”

“This company is excellent! We contacted a couple of other companies for quotes and weren’t even happy with how the phone call went. These guys, sorry, I didn’t get their names, called before they came, to tell us when they would be arriving and were on time. They were very professional and great to deal with. The price was good as well. Would definitely call them again👍”
