“This company is excellent! We contacted a couple of other companies for quotes and weren’t even happy with how the phone call went. These guys, sorry, I didn’t get their names, called before they came, to tell us when they would be arriving and were on time. They were very professional and great to deal with. The price was good as well. Would definitely call them again👍”

“What an amazing team! I just had junk removal done . I was worried I would need another pick up as I had a lot of junk. However they were able to make it all fit! “WOW!!!! Jason Wade and his partner arrived on time on this very hot day to remove our old upright piano from our basement. They were very understanding of the sentimental value this had for our family and took time to explain how they would do the removal. Very professional and thoughtful workers who left the room in much better way than it was when they arrived. Thank you so much Just Junk!!!”

“Zac & Robin rolled up right on time. Their estimate proved to be accurate and their friendly, efficient service was excellent. They were done in fifteen minutes and on their way. It was well worth the cost to have all that junk removed quickly without the hassle of loading & disposing of the material myself! Great job, guys!”

“I just experienced what true customer service is about. The two young men were about 30 minutes behind but phoned me to let me know. That's a big help when your trying to schedule things and they were still within the 2 hour window in which they said they would arrive originally. The quote was very close to the bill and they had the job completed in 30 minutes. We were on the second floor of my mom's apartment building. I would recommend them anytime and we would definitely use Just Junk again if the need arises.”

“The truck arrived, already pretty full, near the very end of the pick up window then refused to take anything because they didn't have time and only had an hour and it sounded like they really didn't want to have to work to remove the junk. Also, they were going to charge almost twice what the advertised price for a full load would be.”

“Made an online appointment a week ago and was told 45 minutes past my booked time today that no one would be able to show up. This is the worst customer service and the person who took my phone call at your customer service centre couldn’t have cared less. The only person who tried was the driver. Overall I won’t recommend your company to anyone!”
