“I have had a subscription for 8 months and never once has it come on time. More often than not the order wasn’t even shipped before they took out the next subscription payment. That is a terrible way to do business-why even offer subscriptions when it takes 6+ weeks to receive water?
I’ve reached out to customer service with my issues numerous times over the past 8 months and received no help, just excuses.
Also-I often would find that the shipment had leaking bottles. Usually 2-3 out of the 24 pack.
I have just cancelled my subscription and started one with Boxed Water who seem to have more ethical business practices and deliver on time.”
