“Just water is my favorite water. Taste, packaging, the insulation, all of it. Unfortunately their shipping and customer service not as great. However I will continue to purchase because IMO there is no other product on the market that compares.”
“After waiting for 4 weeks and Just Water charging my credit card for the bi-weekly subscription, I never received any water at all. I sent an email asking where the 1st shipment was, as it had been 4 weeks and I had been charged twice, and I was told the water was on back order. Would have been nice to know that at the end of week 2 and without them charging my card. The water is good, but dealing with the poor customer service and no actual water isn’t worth the drama. I’ll try Culligan’s.”
