“I bought this water for a neighborhood event and everyone was curious about it and said they really liked it an wanted to buy it for themselves. (I wish it was available in stores near me in Indiana!) So I ordered it again for our neighborhood event and to donate at my kid's school soccer team. It's a good product.
However, it's been over two weeks and I still have not received either order. I had to purchase something else last-minute for the neighborhood event. I hope it arrives before next month's event.
As much as I hate to recommend Amazon, I think I will have to order it from there rather than from the Just website in the future, to ensure its actual delivery.”
“I like the water and mission of the company but the customer service needs to be bumped up. It’s not the quickness that is telling but the non answer I got from the agent. I get it, I’ve worked with public my entire career, but it was a non answer and now I have been waiting for my order for over three weeks after you charged my card for the product. I heard from your company once before I had to make an inquiry. That is not acceptable.”
“No excuse for the taste of the cherry water I ordered. I’d really like a refund for that part of my order or just send the same amount of the regular water that I ordered that day too since I am happy with that “Just” water.”

“The water taste good, great that it’s environmentally friendly. However, at times the bottle feels 1/3 empty. I’ve noticed if the box is placed upside down, water leaks. In addition, it’s tough to really tell if the cap has been opened or not. Also keeping them in a cooler with ice seems to weaken the structure of the container.”

I'd also like to see you perhaps incorporate a light natural, low acidity sparkling water line to the Just Brand.”
