2 of the bottles on the last shipment were broken open and this last one only 1. I think you guys need to have the shipment bubble wrapped or something.”

Reached out because I got an email saying our order was arriving on 6/2 checked track my order as it was getting late on 6/2 and noticed that the delivery date was now listed as pending. My credit card had already been charged. Contacted customer service by emailed because that was not something we had experienced with Just Water in the past. We have always been happy with the service and product. The response the next day from customer service was lest than impressive and basically said low on stock and 7-10 days was their ship time”
“This product is horrible. I sent a email already right when I cancelled. Your caps and drinking area are poorly made often ripping exposing disgusting glue. It’s just gross and poor quality”
“I love Just Water and I loved it so much, I ordered a 24 pack on April 6th. It is now April 27th, and I have yet to receive my shipment. I tracked my order and saw that it would arrive on April 13th. When I did not receive it, I checked the shipping status again and saw that shipping was pending. I then reached out asking for an estimate on shipping date, and received a general message saying that it would arrive 7-10 business days.”
