“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Water never shipped, agents lied for almost 4 weeks (it's on the way!), no one ever returned multiple phone calls, etc. Incredibly unprofessional company. Do not order if you value your time and sanity.”

“It took one month to arrive and the lining of the boxes of water were coming off and probably into the water. Too bad. I was looking forward to tasting fresh, real water. Now it’s just sitting in the pantry.”

“i placed a order on aug3 and aug 30 a total of 6 cases between both orders and have yet to receive any of them. its very hard to write a review of a product that i have paid over $200 for but have yet to receive.”

“After waiting for 4 weeks and Just Water charging my credit card for the bi-weekly subscription, I never received any water at all. I sent an email asking where the 1st shipment was, as it had been 4 weeks and I had been charged twice, and I was told the water was on back order. Would have been nice to know that at the end of week 2 and without them charging my card. The water is good, but dealing with the poor customer service and no actual water isn’t worth the drama. I’ll try Culligan’s.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I never received my water spent $34 and they email saying something wasn’t in stock haven’t refunded money email them back to choose another case instead of the out of stock one and they never responded …..Bug Disappointment”
