I read an advert about Justanswer I had never heard of them before so I contacted and I was charged £5 I didn't mind paying that for an answer but next on turn my question went to a solicitor I messaged quickly to cancel but they ignored it and went on to write the answer and charged me £43 I was so upset because they had taken my last money even though I had cancelled . Its a clever way to get money because once they have bank details the money is gone within seconds. Don't make the mistake I made.

I am shocked to deal with such horrific service and despicable experience. I do not know how they are legally working. They asked if I want advice, I clicked yes, and afterwards they inform me is £50. I called within 30 seconds and cancelled the "membership" with their advisor, it has been confirmed cancelled, it is cancelled on the order history but for the last 2 months they still charge my credit card. I would never use them and do not recommend to anyone.

It's a scam....and if you see positive reviews don't fall for it, it's all made up. They tried to scam me for £50 , as they had my debit card details and used it to try n debit my account. Fortunately I was saved, my bank blocked my debit card assuming it's fraud. Bloody scammers!!!

I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was positive. "Just answer" do upsell - The total cost was £38.60, but I received a phone call from a GP within 20 mins - Highly recommended

They took £5. For a trial that they said they would refund . They didn’t refund me . They wanted to speak on the phone at a cost of £44.00 I refused and said I want to cancel . I haven’t heard from them sinse . This has taught me never to give bank details online . I hope they get caught . Very nasty individuals . BEEARE.

Charged £40.00 for one question. Initially say they will charge £1.00 but end up paying £40.00. Complete rip off .

Signed up for a 3 day trial which cost £5. Then on giving an answer took £50. Despite cancelling they have taken another £50. The answer I was given was wrong. Fraudsters.

Asked a question for £1 then they took £30 without asking me I only had £34in my account to feed me nd my 2 kids till my next payment next Monday when I'm asking for refund just stopping chat really upset about this please please don't use this site thought they were helping me all they have done is leave me and kids destitute

Got lured in to giving £1 which soon turned to £35 and the answer they provided was useless. That was bad enough but today I found out that they charged me another £35 , a month later for my membership . Apart from one poorly answered query, I have paid £ 70 for nothing . I never had any notification about the consequences of my ' signing' up to this elaborate scam.

It's sad. I got great help with my problem and had an email saying I was being charged 15 pounds for the answer and 1 pound for a 3 day trial. No mention in the email about having to cancel the trial. I found out later that I was being charged 35 pounds a month. I was then told that it was not possible that I didn't know and had agreed to a membership (something that was useless to me). I threatened County Court and going to Which? magazine which is interested in scams, but it was only when they said they had a "We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guaranty, so if you’re not happy, we will give your money back." that I was able to get my money back by repeating it to them several times. For some reason they told me they had an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau, which only covers US businesses and this appears to be UK company, or a branch of the US one. I asked why they told me that but they didn't respond. Again, my problem was solved fast and efficiently and I would have gladly used them again, but then it all fell apart.

Same thing happened to me. Pay £1 to receive info. No info about any further payments. They signed me upto a monthly subscription without my permission. Scammers.

They are scam. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thieves! They lure me to paying £5 for a doctor to answer my question. Two days later they charged me £38 for a membership I didn’t subscribe for, I called the customer support, the lady was rude and annoying, she wasn’t helpful one but. I regret putting in my card details for this useless site. I am utterly disgusted with the people that set up this site.

I am extremely upset with the level of communication from your company! I was unaware that I was signing up to a membership and I have now paid £80 for a question that wasn't even answered correctly! I will warn people away from using your platform. It felt very underhanded and hidden in the small print.

They are totally misleading people encouraging you to sign up to a free trial membership and you can cancel after a week, however if you ask a question you are not entitled to the free trial period?? They have been charging me on a monthly basis and I have only just noticed, my fault for not checking my account every month, but when you are ill these things get overlooked, I am so mad as I cannot afford to be throwing money at companies like this

Very untrustworthy! I chatted about a medical condition. They asked me to give my medical history, which I did. They asked me to upload photos about my medical condition, which I did. Then, I kept waiting for an answer for hours. I kept sending them messages saying:”can you answer me?” Then they came back saying:”sorry the expert didn’t accept your query!” Log in again or call this number. They sent “Secure Link” to log in. However, when I logged in, The chat was still there, but my medical photos were not there. 2. I was not sure that I was talking to a genuine medical professional in the specialty he claimed, as he would take a long time to respond, and when he responds, his response would be like copy and paste. Basically, I paid £5 for this trial, but I could say that I not only lost my money, but also my medical photos, which I am not sure in which hands they would land and how they are going to use them? This is scary! Please, STAY AWAY!

*****DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!****** I asked a question, paid £5 for it. Thought it was the best fiver I've ever spent, the answer was good. HOWEVER! 3 days later, I got a notification from the bank saying they have tried to take £50 from my account. When I rang the bank, they said they have set up a reoccurring payment of £50 a month! Absolutely shocked!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

As with most of the negative reviews on here, I also signed up for the £5 trial period to ask a question of a solicitor. I should've just Googled the answer as it was so generic as to be vague! The solicitor if I wanted more information would cost tens of pounds to give more information. My membership was cancelled and thought no more until I received a text from the fraud department of my bank!! They had tried to take £50 from my account and thankfully my bank stopped it. When going online and speaking with an agent www.justanswer.co.uk/help/contact-us they were not that helpful! I kept asking for a confirmation email that the account had been cancelled to no avail. They tease you with the £1 or £5 offer but do not make it clear you are signing up to a subscription service. Avoid at all costs. One star is too generous!
