Asked for help wanted a £1 which I paid then they only gave me a phone number hir LG which put me through to an incorrect number. Today I have a notification for a pending amount of £30. Nothing was mentioned for anymore payments. Not happy at all as we wouldn’t have done the £1 payment otherwise!

This is not a legitimate website. Travelers beware. I know you need assistance for medical help, the website is all bot run and you are not actually talking to any physician, you also will not be able to get any prescriptions you need. The site does not indicate this clearly until you ask them additional question as after you sign up they continue to request additional money. The UK 111 number should be banning them from their referral system.

Ridiculous. Signed up for the £5 membership.. asked a question. Just took £50 out of my account and this IS NOT clear when signing up hence all the bad reviews. Live chat saying they cannot refund me. We are in a cost of living crisis and I simply cannot afford this £50 right now. Absolute joke I literally checked my membership yesterday and it said it was cancelled. Please refund me, I am at witts end right now. (charliehornagold@gmail.com)

They rip you off with money and take out money without even clarification they gipped me 42.00 and won't refund it back. I didn't even open an account with them and they took money out of card

Criminal ! They do NOT advise that they charge a monthly fee and have continued to debit my account for £50 each month after an initial charge of £5 for some very simple advice. I have reported them to the Financial Conduct Authority. Following this review I cancelled my “subscription” for which I was unaware I was to be charged £50 monthly and the second monthly subscription was cancelled. As evidenced by similar complaints in many reviews the billing process is highly questionable and subscribers should be careful.

I gave my credit card details and asked for Homeopathic doctor who could help me. The reply never came. Just Answer has taken £10/- plus £40/- ( total £50/-) from my credit card. I never got any membership details nor log in details. I am 81 year old, disabled person and need help for health problem. I am going to write to my M.P. and Financial Ombudsman. I think BBC Rip off Britain should give publicity so that others may not loose money.

Completely unjust company. I have tried to cancel 3 times with no confirmation email being sent. Luckily I took screenshots every time I cancelled. They still keep taking money out of my account. I’ve tried to speak to their online chat and they just cut me off. I have reported to the financial ombudsman

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!! Don't be fooled by the £5/ 3 days tria, they will take £39.00 out of your account every month and if you contact them they don't even reply to you. NO EVEN MY BANK CAN STOP THEM TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. We have already cancelled payments to these people and they still taking money every day. STAY AWAY!!!! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE CAN'T GIVE 0.

I reached out to this company regarding… I reached out to this company regarding a Penalty Charge Notice inquiry. At that time, I paid a fee of £5 for a legal answer to my question, as per their request. To my surprise, I noticed that my PayPal account has been charged an additional £50.00 without my consent or prior authorization. I am deeply concerned about this unexpected charge, as it seems to be entirely unrelated to the initial transaction for which I willingly paid the £5 fee. This unauthorized charge has raised significant concerns about the integrity of their service. It appears to be a case of fraudulent billing, which is both unethical and illegal. I want to emphasize that I did not provide any consent or authorization for this additional charge, and I find it completely unjustified.please stay away from this company as they have this trap thinking you’re dealing with a law firm,just imagine the penalty charge notice was only £60 and this company charged me £5+£50=£55 just to tell me about a case study which can be found on google anyway! Luckily when I emailed them and told them about taking a legal action they were quick to refund the £50,but had I not taken a notice they would have carried on taking the subscription fee each month (subscription for what) just BS. So please don’t get trapped STAY AWAY from this SCAM! Date of experience: 01 October 2023

Do not contact this company. They say it will cost a small amount but they tie you into monthly subscription. Before you know it nearly £300 is taken out of your credit account

I asked a quick question about a technical issue. Sketchy answer that was unsatisfactory. A few days later they took £35 out of my bank account. I certainly do not need this service and did not authorise the subscription. I thought I was paying the £1 they requested for the ‘trial’.

I received help in Nov 2022 for which I paid. However only just noticed (my fault) that £35 has been taken each month to date. Not once was I told that I was signing up to that. Seems dishonest to me. Taking money for doing nothing

Was asked to authorise a payment of £5.00 to simply answer one legal question. I authorised that and unknowingly they began taking money from my account. 50 was the first I knew about it . My bank wasn't great at ensuring they wouldn't take anymore even though I was nigh on begging them to block transactions from this robbing company! Pay pal however were brilliant . They cancelled the subscription that I wasn't even aware if entered. They refunded me and were super helpful. Top marks to PayPal

These are like Scams, just want to be taking miney from your card. I didn't submit to a membership I just wanted a quick answer to solve my question I'd asked. Early that morning £50 had gone out from my card luckily I'd so it in time and got my bank to sort it. I got it back that way. Be careful with this. I'm not using it no more. Keep an eye on your card.

Avoid at all costs!!!! I submitted payment of refundable £1 in which then they asked for £16 fir an answer, i ignored it then few days later they charged me £30!!!! I contacted them and they said I agreed to subscription- which i did not!!!! They refused a refund so my bank helped me . Awful!!!!!😡😡😡
