“Ok so besides the fact that Juul helped me quit smoking completely, after multiple attempts with other vapes/ e cigarettes... the Juul LITERALLY WONT BREAK. A month ago I thought I had lost my Juul and was panicking looking everywhere for it in my bag, car, you name it I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. I then opened my car door.... and there’s my Juul.. I had closed my CAR DOOR ON IT. It literally bent the entire device to the point that it was at a approximate 150 degree angle and IT STILL WORKED. I still have it... 10/10 would recommend. Durable as hell. Love it.”
“GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE! nearly every single juul pod I've used leaks into my mouth and it's the most disgusting thing you can imagine. The ones that don't leak into your mouth are either unvapable because they burn too hot or not hot enough and the rest are empty. This is just about the worst product of any kind that I've ever used in my life. If more than 90% of the juul pods are defective, then there's no point in buying the battery. “What a joke. Bought Juul recently and what a rip off!! After a cpl days the pods tasted burnt and that nasty taste will NOT go away!! Pods leak out and get in your mouth constantly. At least 1-2 pods out of every pack have been halfway empty and literally ran out after 10 puffs!!! And again-this has been a repeat occurrence. It’s expensive and NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! Sometimes the Juul charges and sometimes it don’t. It’s just not reliable. If you’re a diehard cigarette smoker trying to switch to the juul I suggest you buy five juuls and five separate packages of cartridges so you can to get your nicotine fix.”
“Juul certainly helped my wife and I kick a 30+ year habit. However, I believe it costs about the same as cigarettes, everything they claim about this aspect is fluff! They claim 200 puffs but I read those are 2-3 second puffs. Anyway, good way to wean off cigarettes but don't look at saving.”

“Thought this was really good at 1st. On the third day my juul cartridge leaked all over my antique table. I didnt know until I took a 'hit' and then it was on my lips. Burned like hell (menthol). I thought ok. Defective. It happens. I'll get another because, by the third day, I had cut my cigarette consumption by 1/2. By the 2nd day, the new juul and cartridge was leaking too. Very unhappy customer”
“Charge doesn't last, pods dont click in my Juul and they fall out. I had it less then a week. Paid $60 for a starter and refill pack, had I bought cigaretts, I would only be out about $16. Some hits are weak, others are so harsh it burns my throat. Some pods need light pull, others I have to suck so hard I just want to throw the thing. I bought this for the brand name, replacing my Riptide (that pod vape is AMAZING) thinking they had it together because its popular but no, its a mess. Huge disappointment!”
