“Today I switched to NJOY. I went on the JUUL website to get a subscription in hopes to receive some promotions and discounts. I sent them my drivers license front and back so they could verify my age but I must have put something in the account wrong. They couldn't verify my age and deactivated the account and said I could never sign up on the website again. Its a one shot try. I think this system is ridiculous.”
“I'd like to stay that however Juul made battery - H46UWNKP - is how they should all be made. Juuls are not cheap and I've had to buy like 6 of them before I got this one, that I've had for months and its still the best I've found. My roommate Juuls and he always get defective ones. But for whatever reason this specific one works extremely well. I don't have trouble with spitting (unless the pod is defective) , the hits are big and usually consistent and the battery life is still great. So Juul, make more junk like this.”

I got Juul a couple days ago and I look in my ashtray and see 4 butts. It is cheap (live in Illinois at $12 a pack), paying around $4.50 a pod. “Ok so besides the fact that Juul helped me quit smoking completely, after multiple attempts with other vapes/ e cigarettes... the Juul LITERALLY WONT BREAK. A month ago I thought I had lost my Juul and was panicking looking everywhere for it in my bag, car, you name it I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. I then opened my car door.... and there’s my Juul.. I had closed my CAR DOOR ON IT. It literally bent the entire device to the point that it was at a approximate 150 degree angle and IT STILL WORKED. I still have it... 10/10 would recommend. The ones that don't leak into your mouth are either unvapable because they burn too hot or not hot enough and the rest are empty. This is just about the worst product of any kind that I've ever used in my life. If more than 90% of the juul pods are defective, then there's no point in buying the battery. “What a joke. Bought Juul recently and what a rip off!! After a cpl days the pods tasted burnt and that nasty taste will NOT go away!! Pods leak out and get in your mouth constantly. At least 1-2 pods out of every pack have been halfway empty and literally ran out after 10 puffs!!! And again-this has been a repeat occurrence. It’s expensive and NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! “The Juul is great when it works! Sometimes the whole pack of cartridges are “syrupy” and unsmokable . Sometimes the chargers work and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the Juul charges and sometimes it don’t. It’s just not reliable. If you’re a diehard cigarette smoker trying to switch to the juul I suggest you buy five juuls and five separate packages of cartridges so you can to get your nicotine fix.”
“Juul certainly helped my wife and I kick a 30+ year habit. However, I believe it costs about the same as cigarettes, everything they claim about this aspect is fluff! They claim 200 puffs but I read those are 2-3 second puffs. Anyway, good way to wean off cigarettes but don't look at saving.”
