I'm a new customer, I have only had this for four days. If there was a rating of 0 I would have given that. The customer service is the worst I have seen and the ID verification process is a mess. Not everyone has Iphones or cameras for their Desktop computers so because of this, even though I am an older customer, I cannot register the Device or purchase from the store as I cannot take a "Selfie". It seems discriminatory against those who don't have $900 for a Iphone or obsessed with "Selfies" I tried calling, Three times, they all told me that there was no other way for ID and they were sorry they could not help me register the product. I think I will choose some other company with better customer service.

I am using the Juul to stop smoking. It is working 32 days smoke free I want these teens that are going to hospitals to be drug tested for thc! thank you

My husband started using Juul because it advertised being healthier and better than cigarettes and all of his friends were using it. He used to smoke but then stopped and Juul has ruined all of the years of hard work!! He is more addicted than he ever was now!! I can't believe that this company is allowed to operate the way it does! You guys opened the gates to get even more people addicted to Nicotine and turns out it's even worse than cigarettes!! I'm beyond infuriated!! Take responsibility for your actions because you're are ruining millions of peoples lives with this product!!

Garbage product. I’ve bought a total of 4 JUULs since June and EVERY ONE stopped charging after a month. I had one warranty replacement and they would not honor any additional replacements, even though I registered each product. After $200, I am done with these shoddy products. I’ll find another company that produces quality vapes and gladly spend my money there.

Terrible quality devices. Poor warranty policy. I claimed a replacement on one device that stopped charging, and I was told I cannot claim a replacement on my other two devices, instead they offered $15 off a device. Problem with that is the coupon requires a purchase of $35 or more, and the device is only $34! Sneaky, sneaky. Customer care is no help, and my REGISTERED, 2 month old devices are not working, and they won't do anything. Completely terrible. I will be cancelling my membership to autoship, and blasting their poor quality devices all over every outlet I can. DO NOT BUY JUUL! Go with one of the many other companies that put pride in their products.

Virginia tobacco is the worst tasting flavor ever. The device itself has absolutely no draw. I cannot believe they cost so much. I should receive my money back but I can't. I am disgusted and disappointed. DO NOT BUY!

Delivery - I had paid for next day delivery (I ordered before 19:00). I did not receive till 5 business days later. Packaging - they use an unnecessary amount of packaging. (Think of each pod you are throwing away after using). Battery - awful. JUUL claim battery last 200 puffs (or about a day). I have not noticed this at all. The battery typically lasts 4-6 hours; pods last about a day (so two charges per pod, at least). Economy - these aren’t economical at all; if you’re a regular smoker, you can expect to go through a pod a day. This works out to just under £25 a week. Overall - good taste, looks good, feels good. However, the terrible battery and the even worse economy mean I will be switching to another product.

You can't buy pods in any other flavor than Tobacco and mint (which both are awful) anywhere except their website. Trying to start an account with them is impossible! The age verification process doesn't work, three of us over 40 have tried and it just doesn't work. Their customer service is a joke, they blame it on another company and tell you to use a passport instead. I'll just switch to another brand of vape to avoid juul's lack of customer service.

I placed an Express order that has one to two shipping days and yet the amount of time between my order and when I will actually allegedly get my product will be about 5 days additionally they refused to refund the express shipping fees I've been a loyal customer for a while maybe it's time to consider another product

I coughed alot more in the month I used it and it actually seemed to make things worse aft the first , uh , prob 10 days then wow it was bad. couldn't take a deep breath and had continuous coughing and my family said finally mom you r much worse then before.

Long story short, bought one, was defective, didnt keep receipt so i was told i couldnt return it, so bought another and week later guess what? Yep you guessed it the device malfunctioned, kept the reciept this time to then be told i couldnt return it because it was opened, so im out almost $50 and stuck with two garbage devices

Terrible customer service. You pay for 4 pods, when the pack is faulty they replace with 2. I wonder if they would take 1/2 payments

I bought 2 devices for me and my wife spent crazy money to think we could get off ciggs and these company is just a money market company the juul devises had issues the one was put on charge and the one worked 10 min and would not take charge the other one got so hot when wife used it she tought it catch fire pods leak dont waste your money its a scam ..
