“Once I ordered your item I paid straight away for next day delivery. I was giving a tracking number for your courier Hermes and since then I have not received my item. I am angry not only because I haven't received the item but because I have paid £7.99 on top of the item for next day delivery. And the courier nor the company Karrimor has a contact number. I'm furious and all I want is my item. Get back to me ASAP.”

“The parcel when arrived was taped up due to a large hole in the box. when I opened the box one of the stoppers was missing from the pole. I'm going to have to send them back for a replacement. Jill Mills”

“I order a parcel, and I never received it. I struggle to get in touch we someone to tell me whats happen. Hermes suppose to do the delivery, and they say "If you are enquiring about a parcel you ordered from an online retailer, please contact them directly." And when I try to contact sport directe they say "This mailbox is not monitored." The If I try to call for SD customer services they charge me, and I have to wait.... I am seriously upset, the first bag I order arrived, and everything was ok. Order reference number: KARR40000031844512. Deliver by Hermes number 1194335014751880”

“The zip broke first time doing up the coat. You would expect a showing list price of £200 even discounted down to £70 a little better quality. Off to spend the more now on a better quality coat.”

“I´m very desappointed The delivey tracking it´s showing my order was delivery and signed by customer I haven't recieve anithing It seemes that the courrier you are using it´s not qualified. Im wainting for you to sort ot aout or a refund ASAP this was a birthday present and I wont be able to give on time beacuse of this inconvinient. Very BAD service”
