First af all, I went on to a Karrimor's website to purchase some good deals on sale, afrter I bought these I started receiving emails from sportsdirect.com, that my order has been collected, posted and so on.. Sportsdirect??? I didnt go to karrimor to get sportsdirect quality, I don't understand it at all, shoes arrived in old worn out boxes, loads of threads everywhere, some glue visible on shoes, 1 pair is so tight I couldn't even try these on, overall quality is really poor and these don't look nice, just like a cheap immitation! I am so dissapointed

item ordered on Saturday, paid for the next day delivery so expected it on Monday. On Tuesday still not delivered.

WARNING!!! Check all pockets as they may be torn! Ordered via click and collect, to then discover that the pockets are torn days 2days after collection :(

Appalling ! Unable to contact you by phone to correct an error on delivery address. Email sent & ignored by you. Your courier refused to amend error, resulting in total fiasco, very disappointing service.

Everything about the purchase mechanism was fine. However, I got text messages telling me that the order was out for delivery, then a text message saying that the item had been delivered - which it was not. I then got an e-mail confirming that the item was with a courier and then an e-mail confirming delivery. I have been at home all morning and no attempt has been made to deliver the order, I certainly have not signed for it. Hermes, the courier's web site only advises to contact the retailer if there is a problem. I have sent an e-mail and at the moment I am waiting for a reply.

I bought a pair of shoes and found to be out of stock after payment. Why the item can still be shown as available when I search again afterwards?

Karrimor seem keen to hide the fact they're part of SportsDirect. I wonder why? I rejected the delivery at the door and returned the item immediately for a full refund. Follow the law, treat your staff properly and sort your own stable out.

Paid ridiculous amount for next day delivery, said they called at 20.45 at night and we were in and nobody from Hermes came! I was waiting anxiously for my husband's Birthday the next morning. Was delivered next night at 9.15 although Hermes are not meant to deliver after 9! courier new nothing about "failed delivery attempt night before" she had only just received parcel she said! Karrimor sort out courier arrangments!

I paid for next day delivery, and the package never arrived. Having contacted customer service I've had no response. Absolutely awful service from Karrimor and the courier they choose to employ, leading to disappointment this Christmas.

The product is damaged. Please guide me how to return it. It's very disappointing. I had spent 75 gbp(24 product price+19.99 shipping +32 duty taxes. 6300 rs Indian currency) for what? A damaged piece?

Paid for next day delivery courier service Hermes which you use has failed to deliver my item & i can't contact them to arrange a time to deliver. I've contact you to discuss this and still have had no reponse regarding my delivery

I cannot comment on the boots as the delivery was given to someone else. Hermes have left the parcel at another location and there is no card to say where it is.

Delivery was fine. However very disappointed as have received two different styles of the snow boot ordered although on the plus side there were both the correct size ordered (size 8). Will now have to deal with return and reorder and whilst this would not be so bad, at this time of year very time consuming to return to store and an not very happy to return via post as will have to pay and having looked at the website no guarantee of a refund of return postage either. Wanted the boots for post Christmas dinner trek as existing boots now leaking. Not sure I would order through yourselves again

I ordered from Karrimor based on the history of it's name, not realising that Karrimor was a Sports Direct company. When my item arrived, despite ordering the correct size for my chest measurement it was way to big ... this is where the trouble starts! As part of the Sports Direct company their customer support is non existent. You cannot contact them by phone, all you get is a message that says they're busy and please phone back; in order to get the number you have to search Google as it's not listed on their site. It took four days to get a response to an email, and that email did not answer any of the questions I had posted in mine, it was just a standard cut and paste response about their returns policy. When a refund was issued it was devoid of any original postage cost as despite me visiting the Sports direct store (who would only refund in vouchers) and explaining the problem in person and then doing the same when I returned the item to the returns address, it was listed as me changing my mind rather than incorrect sizing. I will never buy from Karrimor or any other Sports Direct company again, I will encourage my friends and family to do the same too. It is not the quality of the item it is the support, once they have your money they really don't care. Do yourself a favour and go to a different company, try Mountain Warehouse instead of Karrimor as for me the experience was a wholly different one.

The parcel did not arrive. Unable to speak to anyone about it. Sports direct customer service does not exist I am sure, as the phone was always disconnected before anyone answered. If it that busy then I can only assume everyone else must have been having problems! And I could not get anywhere with the courier company. A total disgrace. It was a christmas present that was over £75 so not an insignificant amount. Online buying was easy it was after that it fell apart. Customer service is non existent. I am starting a dispute case against them.

Wrong item sent. Discovered SportsDirect act for Karrimor. Went through My Account, sent message to Customer Service. Got a response to say they would answer within 3 days to respond. Not impressed.
