Substituting sizes is the most ridiculous thing ever ! If I order a small, what idiot would think an extra large would do and to return it would cost me four times the cost of the product wen you are the ones with an insane policy

I ordered 6items and paid extra for next day delivery. When the package arrived it had been opened and resealed with packing tape. She I opened it there was a jacket missing, I tried to find a phone number to contact them urgently (my son was due to go on a camping trip with college) but could not locate one. I tried to reply to the email they sent me but it was a no reply email address. I ended up having to go back to my original order website and send a message from there but have still not heard anything which means I am going to have to take my son and buy a jacket. I am very unhappy about the after purchase service. The fact that there is no obvious contact upon delivery is terrible.

Hermes, the delivery company claim to have delivered my order, but have not. Hermes don't deal directly with retail customers: you have to deal with delivery problems through the retailer. I consider Karrimor responsible for this since they choose the delivery company, and don't say who it is in advance. I've contacted Karrimor, and a bot has told me I can expect a response in 1-3 days. There's no phone number and no other way to escalate.

Arrived with a faulty/damaged zip. Very disappointed. No clear guidelines on returns. I took it to a sports direct store to be told I couldn't return it there. (52 mile round trip!) then had to take a 16 mile round trip to my closest post office to return it. Will NEVER purchase from you again. Extremely disappointed

I had an order delivered by Hermes I was not in and the card through the door said delivered to 23 wrong I live at 23. Tried to speak to Hermes the only way is via an online chat they told me that my parcel delivered to number 40 the highest even house number in my street is 26 Contacted Karrimor by e-mail all they did was re-send the tracking e-mail which served no purpose..no help from Karrimor

I got a text message saying my parcel has been signed for AND email saying my parcel has been delivered. NO, I AM HOME AND I DID NOT GET ANY PARCEL. I DID NOT SIGN FOR ANYTHING. PLEASE FIND MY PARCEL? Mrs Hameed.. I am not changing my review because it is not resolved yet. I asked for a refund because I DID NOT receive my parcel but you wanted me to sign a form. In the form it has NO MENTION that I DID NOT sign for my parcel. Where your courier said that the parcel has been signed for. Hence, I am still waiting for my refund. Mrs Hameed

The trainers were a size 6 in a box stating size 8. I ordered a size 8. I have had the inconvenience of having to return the trainers and ask for a size 8 again.

Well for one I made an order that I didn't want and I was unable to cancel so I had to wait to get the item before returning. Then I get told I need to pay extremely over priced duty fees and am in the process of returning the pack to karrimor and requesting a refund. I am not rating the product but the customer service is not anywhere what I hoped from a company. Just disappointment all around.

Delivery was a shambles! On two separate occasions the courier said they couldn't find the building, both times we were open, fully operational and receiving deliveries from other couriers. I received a call from Michelle from Karrimor on 22.02.17 but I found her tone rather surly and rude, pretty much implying the problem/fault for her courier not being able to find us was my fault/responsibility! I will not be giving my business to Karrimor again!

I have been ordering with Karrimor for 2 years. It was always perfect. Now | am very disappointed. My parcel bought a week ago did not reach me and as far as I know from the local courier it did not reach Poland. I cannot track it in the internet since the last info is of 18th February.. The quality of service droped dramatically and buying from Karrimor is not comfortable any more as I see.

Ordered a down coat paid for next day delivery that all went fine. Coat arrived and when I took it out packaging it had two holes in it. Not impressed and I am now awaiting pick up and goodness knows how long it will take for a replacement
