These sandals appear to have been made by apprentices. Velcro is coming unstuck from the strap. Velcro does not fit along the sandals to hold it. £35 still about £10 overpriced. I would not buy another pair .

Paid for next day delivery. Did not happen. Contacted customer service - did not get back to me. Then I was asked to give feedback.

was quite taken aback after I purchased something from Karrimor to receive a receipt from Sports Direct. I had seen nothing about Karrimor being part of Sports Direct on the website until afterwards when I went looking for it and found it in the terms and conditions. Felt duped. I'll be more careful next time as I don't like to buy from Sports Direct, and the fact that there was no clear mention of them on the website, goes further to make me mistrust the company.

Never received delivery so can't comment on items. Can't report to Hermes - not interested although state they have delivered!!

I only ordered one jacket and two have came to two different addresses and charged me for both jackets and has left me out of pocket, I have tried to contact customer services and still nobody has got back to me. For a new customer I feel really dissapointed with the service I have received.

I was out when first order came. It is impossible to contact the deliverers as they leave no contact details so I couldn't get my order. Have had to cancel.

I purchased 4 Karrimor Aspen Tech shirts, just received today, my son has the same style shirts but a different brand and cheaper but thought I will get him something decent like Karrimor, he tried one shirt on and 30 minutes later the shirt started to snag and fall apart, sending them all back. Extremely disappointed with Karrimor's quality, in the past I have purchased Karrimor bags, hiking shoes and jackets but recently the quality of your hiking shoes were the first to disappoint me and now the shirts, I have lost all faith in the quality of your brand! Sorry but you have just lost a loyal Karrimor customer, time to look at other brands with better quality that lasts!

I ordered specifically from the Karrimor website, because I didn't want to do business with any intermediary or discounter. Then, to my immense disappointment, the confirmation email and delivery notice came from SportsDirect, the last company on earth that I would want to have ordered from. Your website should make it completely transparent who is the vendor. I feel cheated.

I placed my order with you on March 7th. I heard nothing for weeks and when I e-mailed your customer service I was told the whole order was on hold waiting for an item due at the end of April !!! I had to cancel this item in order for the rest to be processed and sent out in time for me to go on my trip. My clothing was finally processed o 3rd April and I received it a few days later. I cannot believe that you run a business that delays sending out items ( for 1 month) because one thing is delayed. I have never experienced this before with any other company and am astonished that you think it is acceptable. I had to send the same message twice before it was acknowledged and even then the reply just confirmed that an item had been cancelled and my order would be processed, no apology or explanation. I found the whole process ridiculous which is hugely disappointing as the products were great when they finally arrived. However, it will stop me from using you again which is a shame.

The parcel was sent by Hermes, I paid for the express delivery. The guy tried to deliver it on the next morning. I wasn't at home because I work, he left a card saying he would try again the following morning, with NO contact number and NO office address on the card. I had THREE cards like this (unluckily, I work Mo-Fri!), the last one said the parcel would be returned to the sender if no contact was made (how could I know how to contact them???) *I visited a couple of Hermes collection points close to my house, but they didn't know anything about my parcel. *I tried to find more information in the on-line tracking, with no success. *I contacted Hermes by means of the live chat, but he answer I got couldn't be more useless. So, I ended up paying a money for a parcel that I didn't receive, and getting frustrated because I couldn't even find where the parcel was after chasing it. Horrible.

You're such a bunch of fuck wits I cancelled my £100 order, binned all notions of further shopping (which went into the thousands) and then after I made that clear you still thanked me for shopping with you (which never happened) and then asked me for a review! This company acts as stupid as its founder looks!
