The pair of size 6 trekking sandals arrived and no one had checked inside the box as one of the sandals was actually a size 5, clearly labelled as such, and completely unusable. They also had a lot of loose threads, and didn't look to be very good quality anyway. I took them into a sports direct store but they refused to help but did give me a phone number for customer services, something not available on the Karrimor website. After a long wait in a queue on the phone I did eventually get given a Freeport address to return them to. I then had to go through hassle of repackaging them and going to the post office. I didn't realise I was even buying from sports direct until it was too late, and would not have done so if I had known, as they have appalling online reviews for customer service as well as bad press for the way they treat their staff. At least I now know.

Purchased on 14 Feb for delivery to Sports Direct. As at 17/2/17 they have still not arrived. VERY POOR TIMELINE ON DELIVERY

Very poor quality jumper. Poor fitting around the neck. Must of been manufactured wrongly as all the material was very saggy. How this got past quality control is beyond me. I had to pay the postage for the return of the jumper even though the product was faulty. Various emails were unanswered by your customer care team. Overall I was very unsatisfied with the product and will certainly never buy from Karrimor again.

Goods not as described. The poles are not '3 part telescoping system implemented with fast-lock technogy'. There is only one fast lock and the other is twist technology. It looks like we either have to pay postage to return these goods or lump it.

I paid £7 extra for next day delivery at 3pm on Wed 1st Feb, I received a notification from Hermes (their contractor) that it had been delivered and signed for on Friday 3rd which had not happened. I needed the bag by the 4th but had no way of dealing with it as Hermes said I had to contact Karrimor, and Karrimor said I had to contact Hermes (3hrs on phone to find that out). Finally the bag arrived on Monday 6th (5 days after ordering) and when I was already on holiday. I had to buy myself another bag before I left on the 3rd as a result.

WARNING!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH AMIE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LIKES TO WASTE TIME AND VERY IGNORANT REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICES!

I ordered two pair of sandals. One from Amazon and one from Karrimore. The Amazon pair arrived but Karrimore tracking still showed "awaiting collection". Only when I tried to cancel the order, and get a refund ,did I get some action. The sandals were immediatley mailed to me.

Made the mistake of ordering online not realising that the order went through sports direct paid for next day delivery goods did not arrive as damaged packaging Sports direct diffucult to get refund did eventually Like the karrimoor products but not buying via sports direct Avoid sports direct at all costs via online Check ou the customer reviews online it says it all

We ordered online. It was supposed to arrive yesterday and then it said on the tracking website there was an attempted delivery. This is not possible as there is a receptionist there full day and and she did not get a delivery. I am still waiting for my parcel

Karrimor Order reference KARR40000033541260 On Wednesday 17th January I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and a tee-shirt, in spite of the high delivery charge of £4.99 On Thursday 18th January, I received an email from customer services and Sports Direct, that was headed "Order Amendment Note" containing the following: These items have been amended on your order. Ordered Qty Cancelled Qty Description Reason 1 1 Karrimor Aspen Short Sn63 Beige Large Temporarily out of stock Product Code: 441632/04/430 I wasn't given any option to accept this or not. I emailed back immediately the following: "I expect that you will be sending the balance of the order when it arrives in stock? If not please cancel the whole order, I chose to pay £4.99 for the total order, and would not have done so if I had known that not all of the items were in stock. If you do not cancel the order or send the balance at a later stage, I will ask my credit card company to withhold payment on the grounds that you are not sending what I had asked you to send." On Friday 19th the balance of the order was delivered. I did an internet search and found a phone number for customer services, an 0870 number making people pay for customer service is very customer unfriendly these days, and after about 5 minutes of going through the options the recorded voice said that they were receiving a high volume of calls so please call back later, and the call was disconnected. When I order something, especially when paying an excessive delivery charge, I expect to receive what I ordered, or at least have the option to reject any changes in the event that items are not available, it is completely unacceptable and against modern consumer laws for the retailed to decide for me what I can have. If the company are unable to send the shorts I ordered, or even a different colour of my choice, then I expect to receive a Returns Label to send the unopened parcel back, and a refund as soon as the parcel is received. Tomorrow I will be contacting Trading Standards to see if they want to bring a prosecution, the following day this will go on Facebook, and the day after that it will go on Linked in as the unacceptable face of customer disservice.

Item sent with a security tag on so I am now inconvenienced by having to either post it back or find a shop that will remove the tag. I had to pay for delivery too.

Item supplied was stained in hem. Ordered correct size but it came up smaller than it should have. I have a coat of the same make and ordered that size coat. The cost of delivery and to return it is excessively expensive and if I wanted it replaced I had no idea if I would be charged again for delivery. There is no way to contact anyone. There is no way to find out if the item can be obtained in store and if the store has it in stock.

Paid for next day delivery but did not receive package or card saying missed delivery despite tracking showing as 'delivered'. Contacted customer services but still yet to be contacted back.

The parcel stated was left in a secure location but it has not been seen. I have tried contacting you since Thursday and nothing. I am now £52 lighter with no boots. Would someone please contact me asap
