“I paid for a 24 h delivery that never arrives. I contacted support and they did not have any care at all. After this experience won't buy again.”

“Package contained the right description of ladies sandals on the box but inside were a completely different pair! Wrong colour and style, no good to me at all. No invoice included either so was a real faff trawling through emails to find the right info to return the WRONG sandals, also had to pay to return even tho' not my mistake. Poor show, wouldn't recommend.”

“I opted for next day delivery so backpack ordered after 7pm Tuesday 1st August should have arrived 3rd August. Today 5th August I am still awaiting delivery.”

“You emailed to let me know that Hermes had collected the order and would deliver last week. On Tuesday this week, you emailed to say that Hermes had been unable to deliver the order and so I would be refunded. There is no evidence that Hermes attempted to make the delivery and the delivery address is always open during extended business hours. So I have not received the order. Very poor service.”

“You ask me to review the boots I purchased...I don't know what the boots are like as I am still waiting on them being delivered...and it's 4.30 in the afternoon even though they have been with courier since before 11am....WHAT a waste of my day off, sitting in waiting on a delivery!”

“The strap broke on my son's new sandals as soon as he tried them on and when I looked into returning them, I find out that I am expected to pay the return postage - after having to pay £4.99 to have them returned. Unfortunately there is no way of me speaking to anyone at Karrimor about this so I tweeted Karrimor but 22 hours later I have had no reply. Thankfully your email just arrived enquiring about my purchase so I hope to get some results.”

“I paid extra to guarantee delivery of my products for Wednesday 19th July so that I would have them for this weekend. It's now Friday 21st July and they still have not been delivered.”

“I order two pairs of socks at £5.98 each and was charged correctly £11.96 but the socks came with a HUGE Sports Direct sticker saying but two for £9..... I think it is disgraceful that Karrimor didn't charge me £9.00.”
