“Love the products but terrible customer service. Reckon they can't cancel an order 5 mins after placing it. Something going wrong there guys! Still love the gear though”

“Hermes could not deliver parcel as I was at work. Spoke to courier who would not deliver to alternate local address, promised to deliver to a neighbour or local post office but did not do so. Apparently he does not deliver after early afternoon or weekends so if you work for a living you have no chance of receiving your items! I am really unhappy and looking for my refund so I can purchase the items elsewhere, really poor service from Hermes!”

“I always make sure to opt out of any subscriptions to avoid getting my inbox spammed and I do not wish to share my details with third party companies. A few days after my first purchase from Karrimor I already get those stupid emails from third parties even though I double checked I haven't given my permission to share my details.”

“Web site stated trainers were £100 reduced to £20 - on arrival poor quality, battered box with a label £14:99 reduced to £11:99. Totally miss sold advertising. Hugely disappointing”

“My parcel arrived two days after the promised delivery date. I paid 7 pounds for next day delivery and spent a whole day just waiting for nothing. The bag only lasted a month... You can see the tear on the attached picture. I'm thoroughly disappointed.”

“I've already emailed you twice about this issue and had no response.... I ordered from you guys and payed for next day deleivery as the item I purchased was needed for college... they didn't arrive the next day so I contacted Hermes and they said I'd have to wait another 24 hours and to contact you regarding a refund... my boots finally came but not in time for college and I therefore received a discipline for not wearing the correct uniform and payed extra for a service I didn't receive... I'm not happy and will not be buying your products again”

“Fantastic rucksack but let down by the 100% appalling customer service. Delivery was late, after paying extra for next day delivery. Sent a query to customer services, who basically don't care. I would advise trying to by in store so if there are any problems you can take goods back to shop because having to deal with customer service would be a nightmare”

“Did not know I would be buying from Sports direct - Would not have bought product if I knew this Hermes has still not delivered the item - It is late. Stayed in all day waiting for it to arrive. Their tracking system does not work Terrible experience. Been a Karrimor customer for over 20 years.”

“Placed my order. Got a confirmation email from Sportsdirect. Had I known I was buying from Sportdirect and not Karfimor then I wouldn't have placed the order. The money has been taken from my account. The goods have not been delivered. And there is no order tracking functionality or delivery information.”

“Mens 4xl jacket was smaller than my other karrimor 4xl jackets perhaps the size label is wrong or the manufacturing sizes have changed I would normally rate karrimor sa 5 stars”
