“Bad design . Awful design. Appalling design. I already have 2 pairs of the predecessor fell runners and they're the most comfortable trainers I've ever had. The new ones have a piece of elastic joining the side of the tongue to the sole of the shoe resulting in a very tight fit no matter how loose the laces are. I won't buy anoter pair of karrimors online again.”

“The trekking poles I bought from you broken after first few use. I used them on my hiking expedition in Tigers Leaping Gorge and only on the third day, it broke. I would like to know whats wrong with your product.”

“Appalling customer service. Received an email from Hermes advising parcel has been delivered and sign by customer, no one in the house was in at that time!!! And there was no card left to say which, if at all, neighbour it was delivered to. Rang Customer services number and receive a message saying "currently busy at the moment due to high volume of calls...goodbye". Really is a shame as the product looked good but I don't know how long it will be before I actually receive it!! Wanted it for my holiday tomorrow, not impressed!!!”

“Hi, I ordered the item on the 8/6/17. I paid 6.99 for next day delivery. The order was placed at approx. 3pm, well before your 7pm deadline for ordering next day. Unfortunately, the item didn't arrive until the 12/6/17. I am looking for a refund of 6.99 since I did not receive the service I had paid for. I have contacted your web site 3 times detailing what has happened and what the problem is but so far there has been no response. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter Kind regards Steve Saunders”

“Well to start with I asked for a size 6.5 in my trainers and received them and then boxed said 6.5 when I opened them the shoes I received were a size 4? How does that work out. I am sending them back for a exchange as I really like the shoes but after this I won't be ordering again.”

“The delivery was excellent BUT the size 7 walking shoes I purchased I couldn't even get my feet into. A couple of weeks ago I purchased some Sketchers trainers from Sports Direct, same size and they fit perfectly. I tried to email Karrimor but it wouldn't go through. It appears I'm supposed to return them by special delivery and pay for the privilege too. I'm disgusted and will never order anything Karrimor again. In the past I've had several jackets, not any more.”

“The item came from sports direct, not from karrimor. The shoes are too big & I want to return them, but it is extremely complicated & the required invoice & return note was not included in my package. Please advise. Thank you.”
