the rubber has come away on one of the shoes despite not having them long. VERY disappointed

When I find them I'll be delighted i'm sure , but they are not at my house. I even left a message for hermes on my front dor to leave them in my shed

It happens that I haven't received the order yet. It s a bit confusing cause when I do the tracking, ask me to contact DHL. I live I. Argentina , do I need to call DHL SPAIN. Where my brother is going to be just a a few more days. I pay for air shipping in order to do I fast. This is my order number: 3358246113. Please help me with Yours Carlos Giura

I asked to have my order cancelled with plenty of notice after discovering more reviews of your products. This was denied even days before the parcel was picked up by the courier

I have ordered boots from Karrimor and added to a basket two more additional items. Additional items were not necessary for me, i added them because buying boots - one order, one delivery cost and "why not?" i thought. next day i got a message that my boots were canceled as they are out of stock. No one asked me if i need the rest of my items. Filled in cancel request in Karrimor web page and next day i got message from DHL that my items on the way, after few hours customer service wrote that they can not cancel my items as they are picked up buy DHL. I asked to refund money for the delivery and got message - sorry can't help. So i have socks and hat plus delivery cost that are more expensive than without a discount. Disappointed... Why no one asked me do i need other items when one of them canceled? Why do you have a cancel option if you can not answer it in time? Why you have no suggestions for clients in these situations? I have bought from various web pages in the world and never encountered such a poor service. If i will ever buy from Karrimor (what is unlikely) i will never put in the basket additional items. Company has no long-term strategy and do not try to keep a good name. For the future, a tip from great company's - sometimes a voucher or additional discount can help to save a client. Would not recommend Karrimor for a friend.

Ordered next day delivery on a Friday, still haven't got it end of Tuesday. No card, no phone, not possible to get answer from anyone...

I ordered two rucksacks from " Karrimor" not sports direct. I could have gone to SD myself and saved £6.99 on postage and got the products earlier and without a tear/cut in the bottom of the bag. I am not sure who to contact with regards this issue? All in all very angry about the whole situation and will probably end up using the faulty backpack to go travelling with. Not happy

Goods are fine. Hermes delivery was a screw-up. I gave "If I'm out" instructions, which were not followed. If I can engage with the online tracking process, you would hope that the proprietors would be able to do so. Perhaps it's only for show.

The quality of the items are absolutely awful. I purchased expecting the quality of my 18 yr old Karrimor rucksack and it has fallen woefully short. I then researched and found the original Karrimor went into receivership and the name was bought by Sportsdirect who then have everything produced in China. I bought a pair of boots that were supposedly £89.99 new reduced to £39.99 however the quality is certainly not £90 and even at £40 the boots are not padded, hard and generally uncomfortable to wear. I would consider this an absolutely epic fail. The boots are to be returned and then a proper pair purchased from another more reputable supplier. Such a shame to see such a strong, British brand's legacy destroyed for the sake of profit.

Bought size 4 like previous karrimor Running shoes and they are more like a 3. Very small fit and too tight. Got the same shoe in pink and black earlier this year and they were ok. Instead of sending back by post it would be easier to return to sports direct shop who I bought through but I'm not offered that option. Why the difference in size?

These trainers were received with a fault. I am not prepared to pay for postage to return them. Please advise how I get an exchange.

The products are fine, but you no longer show customer reviews of individual products. I also noticed that the bill was paid to Sportsdirect. I do not wish to use that unethical company. I will no longer be using your services as a result. People are more important than pure profit.

Really poor service. Wrong size trainer in box. Luckily checked as was leaving the store. Surly staff swapped the shoes, tried to charge £5 more and no apology. Very disappointed

Would love to give a better rating but unfortunately as long as Kartimor use YODEL they will always be providing a third rate online service due to Yodel's consistent laziness and incompetency. Not the first time I've been subject to their atrocious service and I'm certain it won't be the last. From an email asking me to call/text the driver with any issues, discovering the phone number didn't work to finally getting a status on the website to tell me they couldn't gain access to my place of work (BIG company, BIG compound with a buzzer system that DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS etc use on a daily basis with no issues - YODEL driver was just LAZY) to an automated telephone system which told me they couldn't deliver and asked me if I'd like to schedule a redelivery then denied me the option stating I couldn't make that request because they hadn't attempted delivery yet. I had paid extra for next day delivery which of course I didn't get due to YODEL'S driver being as much use to Karrimor and me as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Thoroughly fed up, and will neither use again nor recommend to anyone else.
