I had to send my Karromor D30 Excel Trainers back as they were faulty ! Looked like the soles had been glued on & we're coming unstuck at the very top end of the shoes (toe area) . I was very disappointed as this was the first time ordering on line , think I prefer to see what I am buying first as I had to do the return & pay more money out ! Surely not all trail shoe soles are glued on ??????

One product was the wrong size on delivery - mislabelled Contact with the supplier was impossible so returned. The item was also poorly described on the web site

Only one QuestioN, where is my order?? I suppose to receive my parcel 2 days ago Cuz it was 1 day first class delivery so what's the point to pay more for first class delivery and also today evening I'll go to holiday and these shoes that I orde were gift for my nephew. I'm not happy with you.

I specifically ordered a rucksack for next day delivery and paid for this as I needed it to go on holiday. The rucksack never arrived even the day after and I have not been contacted by anyone

I don't know the story about Karrimor. I think they make good products and have been very successful. Unfortunately, I think the company was taken over by another company called SportsDirect. SportsDirect wanted to be as successful as Karrimor, but it is never going to happen as long as they treat their customers, the way they do. Recently I place an order for over £400 at Karrimor. After I received the order confirmation mail from SportsDirect, I realized I had made a mistake and ordered 2 of the same item instead of only one. It is of course my own fault, and I sent a mail to SportsDirect right away, and asked them to change my order. The first reply, I received, was an automated mail from SportsDirect telling me they had received my mail, and it will take 2-3 days to process my mail. A couple of days later I received another mail from SportsDirest telling me, my order had now been collected by their carrier. Later, the same day, I received a mail again from SportsDirect telling me, they could unfortunately not change my order, since it had already been collected by their carrier, and I could return the items at my own cost. I'm located in Denmark, where everything is very expensive, and the shipping fee for sending back the item I don't want back to the UK, is probably much higher than the value of the item. Well, isn't that interesting, they finally got to my mail to ask them to change my order right after, the order had actually been actually collected by their carrier. In my book that is pure BS. They don't want to deal with changes to orders, so they on purpose delay the reply, till the order has been collected by their carrier. I have already expressed my dismay with their customer service. It is best described by the image of an extended middle finger.

I paid for next day delivery and it didn't get delivered on time before I left for my trip where I needed the shoes! I've already wrote a complaint on your website, but it seems to be ignored. You're keen to charge people for delivery quite hefty, but not with the service :(

Six days after I placed my order, I have no idea when to expect delivery for which your company charge 4.99 The link for tracking delivery reads 'delay' with delivery estimate 'unavailable'. Won't ever shop with your company again.

I paid for next day delivery and because you did not put my postcode on the label it was not delivered until the day after that

My item arrived with price tag for £14.99 when I paid £38.00 not including £6.99 in postage. When my item arrived there is huge security tag attached. Sent email 3 days ago to complain and received one back saying I would have a response in 1-3 working days. Well...........

Paid for express delivery. Still not delivered - 3 days overdue. No card in letterbox. Have cancelled order. Rubbish delivery company. Most goods ordered arrive next day - free delivery.

Paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day. Didn't arrive. Day four and my order still hasn't arrived. They do not respond to customer service emails. Do not do business with Karrimor. It appears to now be Sports Direct in disguise. Have a google to find out how bad they are.

If ordered mon to fri delivery next day? What a joke- if you use yahoo you would or should not advertise next day delivery The extra charge is fraud The goods have not been delivered yet!!!!!!!!

Dear officer It was a very unpleasure experience to purchase goods thru the web. The price of the Karrimor Leopard 3 changed from GBP100 to GBP72 after I placed the order. But the other tent items did not change price. Obviously, the Karrimor Leopard 3 was labelled a wrong price. I request to cancel my order (or price adjustment) within 24 hrs before the order had been collected by courier. But I heard nothing until I was told it was picked up by courier. I asked for price adjustment on my bill but no reply at all. All I have to say for myself is too forget to purchase again. Thank you for yr concern. Best Rgeards Lawrence

Ordered 3 pairs of boots, all of them came up too small! every other shoe I own is a size 7 but karrimor obviously have a different sizing method. Had to return at my own expense £16!! Thanks a lot karrimor/sports direct.

I ordered a waterproof jacket that was meant to be 2 colours instead I got what looked like a cheap olive green jacket stuffed into the packaging. I have returned it and requested a full refund but to add insult to injury I have to pay for the return postage
