“Discount prices appear to be a scam £299 down to £75! Only two pictures of most products at Karrimor UK. I had to Google search to find multiple pictures of products for sale at Karrimor Japan - Bomahttp://www.karrimor.jp/products/detail.php?product_id=102. No weight of garments listed on UK website to compare but weight given on foreign websites. maybe Karrimor UK could learn something about the better presentation of their Japanese colleagues. I ended up purchasing the Alpiniste, I orders at 6 p.m., it arrived before 1 p.m. the following day - exemplary speed. The jacket looks very good for £75.00, my previous jacket was a RAB Bergen Event until it was stolen.”

“I ordered some shoes for next-day delivery. They sent me the wrong product, there's no number to call, so I emailed and got a reply saying they will respond to the email in 1-3 working days. So it'll be ages before I get the shoes I paid to have next day :-(”

“The shoes have not yet arrived. Your carrier Yodel lied about trying to deliver them (they were on a next day delivery) - claiming no one had been in. My desk (home office) is 6ft from my front my door and I have several dogs who bark at the slightest sound.There had been no card put through the letterbox. I called Yodel to complain right after I got the email saying they'd tried to deliver and they claimed they would get the driver to turn round and try again. They didn't arrive. Yodel's online tracking then claimed they would deliver the next day (yesterday). They didn't. May I recommend DPD? They are absolutely fantastic. Timed deliveries and an app that will keep you in the loop. If they're a bit more expensive, they're worth it in terms of customer-satisfaction.”

“Karrimor's service is hopeless. I ordered a 3 in 1 jacket and when the order came they had sent just a fleece. They then expected me to pay recorded delivery to Sen the wrong item back!! I'm waiting for a reply to my email about this but I may have to wait 3 days. That's nice!”

“I received my order today and was sent the wrong shoes. The colour is similar, but what came are trail shoes. I did not order trail shoes. Now, I have to return them at my own expense. I live abroad and so it won't be inexpensive.”

“I've just picked up my order from the shop, i did not receive an email to say that it was ready for collection,so straight away that is poor service on your behalf. Having unpacked the item, i am very disappointed to find that the item is faulty , so I will be returning this , first thing on Monday morning. So can you please arrange to have my money refunded without delay. Yours faithfully , T McCaugherty.”

“Can't give a review on something I haven't received yet.received email to say Items were picked 3 days ago at the warehouse. Still waiting for a email to say they have been despatched. Shocking service, pay for next day service, don't be fooled by £4:99 In store delivery and receive £5 voucher. Absolute rubbish service.”
