con not not write a review at the moment as i have not received my goods , sports direct never answer there phone to find out if they have my order ( should have ask for to be delivered to my home ) ahh ahh

I had payment system issues, two orders paid for instead of one, they couldn't cancel one order at their end so sent both and asked me to return one, but the return process doesn't work, the carrier is telling us the opposite to Karrimor and they are now only offering me a credit note for the duplicate order that I have to pay to return to them!!!! I think Karrimor are either incompetent or corrupt!!!

Unfortunately i ordered this a present for my sisters birthday. I ordered a small size 8 and you have sent a size 12. I can't see a contact number. Now i have to go out of my way and return it due to your error at a cost to myself and she won't get a present on time.

bought a pair of boots and a pair of walking shoes both sized 7.5UK boots fitted fine, shoes were way too tight and cost me postage to return (other companies send you a pre-paid postage form) If 7.5 UK is a Standard size then either the shoes are wrongly labelled or Karrimor don't actually use a Standard and the sizing is just a rough estimate. I won't be buying through the post again unless there is a free returns policy Karrimor have not bothered to answer my letter

I bought 2x 90l Karrimor Duffle bags which arrived with no retail packaging and were clearly shop soiled. They had shop labels on them (Sports Direct) and were also covered in dirt and marks and basically look second hand. If it hadn't been for the fact that i needed them to go away, i would have returned them for a refund. Apart from that the bags were just what i was after, but i will be very hesitant about buying from Karrimor (Sports Direct) again as the condition of the items clearly weren't appropriate for what should have been new items.

Jacket arrived with a security tag on! Very inconvenient to remove. How can this happen?!

I have not received my package. It was awful that it took me so much time to FIND where my package is instead of GET my package. I have written hundreds of e-mail and have called tons of company to track my package, and the delivery companies were TERRIBLE that no one wants to take the responsibility of my missing item. I hope Karrimor will deal with the situation wisely and I should have been compensated for this situation which was time- and money- costing. I hope they can handle my case efficiently. Sleeping bag arrived faulty. No customer services number to call. Needed it to go on safari for my honeymoon so ordered express delivery - waste of £7 as I had to drive a 30 mile round trip to take it to sports direct, plus had to pay for parking. They wanted an extra £5 to swap it as price is different on karrimor website to their store price. There is no way of complaining about quality of items or service on karrimor website. Have had several poor quality items recently from Karrimor. Karrimor used to be a great brand but it's really gone downhill in the last 2 years. If it wasn't for needing the sleeping bag for the trip, I would have returned it and bought from a different brand.

I paid extra for quick postage, because I needed a bag urgently. I was sent the wrong item. Then told correct item was not in stock and could not be supplied. Just asked to send wrong item back. Massive inconvenience and not at all impressed with the service.

I have just received my jacket and I am indeed very disappointed. Although the purple amethyst pioneer model I ordered online was purple, I have actually been sent a black one which has some sort of sticky white stain on the front. I already have a black Karrimore jacket. It is precisely because I was impressed with the quality of the product that I wanted another in a different color! Now I am going to have to go through the whole palaver of returning it to you. I am truly shocked. I would have expected far better service from a company of your standing. I have a disappointment because you sent me wrong size shoes. I ordered 47 you sent 48. On the other hand, your shoes color was very different than on your web pictures. I want to refund. My order id KARR40000025392341

Nothing against Karrimor whose stuff has always been really good but delivery service is abysmal! According to the Yodel tracking number, my order was due to be delivered on or before the 16th! I stayed in all day, no sign of my order. I checked the tracking number again at 6 o'clock last night, still said same delivery details. This morning the tracking site said it would be delivered within 72 hours of my parcel reaching their sorting office! I will not be ordering from this Karrimor website again! Shame.

Ordered a pair of laces wrong one's sent. also £1.29 for laces £4.99 for postage!!! Lucky I didn't order them special delivery! Still took nearly week! I did inform them the laces were wrong before they were sent but apparently can't stop it and no mention of the cost of normal delivery..laces fit in an envelope for goodness sake! I'm afraid to send them back as the cost of doing it will break me!! Think about it overall £10 postage for £1.29 refund or £15 to send me the correct laces..maybe?

No order yet. No contact number to ring. And you send me a "how did we do email" well you did this. Took my money. Told me the order was being processed. Then a how did we do email. Missing the actual delivery. And it worries me you dont have a contact number. That tells me one thing.....im not impressed. You have no right taking money. Then not being able to make a call to sort it out. Its disguisting. What sort of a brand is that.......

Firstly I have already written a long email to you about stating the fact that I put the wrong address for the delivery and that I could not access my Karrimor account. Now my parcel has been delivered in somewhere in London , and I am very disappointing since you cannot even be bothered to reply back.
