Did click & collect at Sports Direct Perth - the girl couldn't find it so tried to convince me that another package with a name different to mine (but same surname) was it. As this package was a T shirt and I was picking up shoes I refused to accept this rubbish - she was obviously too lazy to look, because my package was there and with MY name on it. She was quite content to knowingly give me someone else's item, meaning I would have had a wasted journey to collect mine, have to return, and the guy who's package it was would have a wasted journey too. Appalling - oh and no apology when the real one was brought out by someone else - just more excuses and lies.

Hi there, I am very disapointed to find out about the 14day refund on the more expensive items such as wetsuits. I wanted to exchange the wetsuit for a bigger size however have found it beyond difficult to find out how this can be done. I continue to try and speak with someone on the phone but instead can only find automated answers online. x

Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, waited in all day, but it never arrived. As such, I had a 48 hr expedition planned for the following day without a rucksack. I have tried to get in touch with someone from Karrimor numerous times, but no one has responded. I've been a lifelong customer of Katrine, but I would rather shop elsewhere from no on.

I have not even received my shoes. I know YODEL do the delivery but you employ them. I was wondering how I can cancel the order and get my money back

Went to the shop yesterday with your paper work to be told it will not be in the store until friday. And received a no care attitude. Will not be doing this again soon with that store. Geoff Darke.

my parcel was delivered to Yodel's local base almost 36 hrs before delivery. They obviously delay delivery to get you to pay more next time. The tracking website is no use on my iPhone because a persistent chat window covers half the screen and I can't get rid of it.

Got two packs with completely different fabrics than the photos in the shop-pictures suggested. Support took three days to reply at first and is now not responding anymore at all since I want to return the packs. Very bad guys, very bad!

For the second time, tracking shows my purchase arriving to Ohio, then being returned to you. I don't understand why this keeps happening. The address provided is a US Army base in Korea, and I have received a pair once before, however twice from ordering using Sports Direct and using you, the items have been returned. Can you explain what is the issue?

I have wrongly placed one of the items in my order. So I have sent out two requests immediately to change it, one by email and one by website. No response was received until the shopping order was sent out. I understand that your policy stated that no change could be made if the order was made. But I was requesting just the minute after my order, I dont think there is much difficulties to change the item for me or simply help me cancel my order. The price on your website is great but I totally cannot accept your service quality.

Yodel did not leave a card to say where the parcel had been left. They told me I had signed for the parcel and I hadn't. Eventually found the parcel hidden in front porch. On opening the parcel I then found that the sole on the left shoe had not been stuck down properly. Therefore I have to return the shoes at my expense, which Inhope will be refunded and need a replacement pair to take on holiday next week. A very disappointing purchase.

Treated myself to 6 pairs socks recently and running tights earlier in the year. running tights zip broke at an event at the weekend. Socks were rubbish, caused me to get blisters which I have never suffered with before. Total waste of money. Mostly gutted because I had to pull out of the event.

Do you think it might be more sensible to ask for a review AFTER the customer takes delivery of goods paid for ? You do seem to take a tad to long in processing the order and getting the item to the shop for collection by the customer. For that reason i would have to say your that your service is very poor. Cart before the horse comes to mind !

This is in relation to an international order for a travel luggage combo, a fleece jacket, a foldable bag and a no wash gel. The company cancelled the gel because it wasn't available for international sales (which should've been stated on the site, but never mind). They then cancelled my travel luggage combo saying it is out of stock, and then proceeded to process the remaining 2 products. I paid £16.99 in international delivery charges because in aggregate, I felt that it was worth paying for it. However, after the 2 cancellations, my order value fell from over £70 to around £30, without anyone reaching out to me to give me a choice to change my order despite the delivery charge remained the same. So now I'm stuck with a £16.99 bill for delivery for items I only added to cart because I was paying for the delivery of the bags I really wanted anyway. They offered me £5 off, but seriously, that still leaves me with an £11.99 delivery charge which i never would've paid for. The worst thing about the whole situation is that they claim that the bags are out of stock, but the product page was just changed (last 24 hours) to say that the products "must go", implying that there is still stock. I've got screen shots from the last 2 days so I'm certain it's a recent change. I'll probably seek advice from a consumer protection company, otherwise, I'll attempt to take this to social media, which I've been trying to avoid prior to this, but now that I feel cheated and lied to about the products availability, it's most likely going to be my next course of action..

Purchased online sized 8 Karrimor Summit Snr shoes, paid £6.99 for next day delivery. They did arrive as promised, however they were too small, the cut of the shoe at the sides and heel was too shallow and did not grip the heel of the foot properly. The next size up would have been too large. I paid to return the shoes. I have subsequently been refunded for the shoes only, leaving me £10 out of pocket for all the postage. Is this an incentive for me to use Karrimor again ? Nope

i ordered £198.00 pounds worth of goods from you and then had to pay £4.95 postage when most other companies give free postage over a set limit. you then use yodel, the worst delivery company possible. i take a day off work to wait for those morons who fail to deliver by 6pm. i tried to track the goods but their server has an untrusted security certificate so my browser blocked me accessing it. their automated phone system was unable to understand my voice inputs dispite me speaking English as a first language and without a heavy accent. i even won some awards for my English skills when i was in school. im am now down £225.00 for a lost days pay and do not have the goods i paid for. you had better sort this out pronto.
