So far so poor .... nothing has arrived yet, (Monday 29th @ 11.31. But if you will "trust" Yodel, what cam you expect??

Not happy, delivery standard was poor. shop didn't know what they were doing. Insult to pay additional payment for delivery when going directly to the shop that stocks the item for pick up, insulted again to find I could have bought it directly at the shop. miss the £5 delivery charge. Item appears to have just been picked off rack and thrown into plastic back without even folding. labels attached showing mega discount price in Euros. Won't be ordering again from on line store.

My parcel has gone astray. No customer service telephone number and email response of no help. I will not uset this website again and suggest others don't either.

I purchase thick heavy socks and got the mid range... Very disappointed.. Please arrange for return of three of the pairs. I used the one pair unsuspecting the error got blisters walking London for work (you can have these back too, destined for the BIN).. I have three pairs of the other thicker socks which work well for me... DONT make this mistake as the medium are like wearing sand paper for those who do tons of mileage in business shoes..

Hi; The jacket which I have bought is really good. Thanks a lot. By the way, I have bought a walking shoe with my friend’s credit card a week ago. It is really good too. (Except sliding on the ice) Now I think, to buy new walking shoes and wearings for my sister, wife and me… But Turkish tax laws requiers to take tax over 75 Euros shopping. For this reason I have to buy one by one… While I was reading Karrimor forums, I have learned that you send some promotions . I hope you will send me a little promotion after my orders Thanks a lot Best regards

The shipping company returned my order to your company and I was never contacted by Karrimor about why it was returned or even that it was returned. Nor was I reimbursed for having my order returned.

So far not so good as I was still charged £4.99 to pick items up in my local JD. I know it's only been 3/4 days but not had any texts or emails to say whether they have my items .... nor was I told when to expect them. No idea if or how I'm to receive my items

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you how poor your customer service is. The boots I bought had different insoles in 8.5 in the left and a 7 in the right. This results in the insole slipping back every time I wear them which is daily, which makes my toes hang over the edge of them making them not that comfortable to wear. As your company seems to be run by Sports Direct I am not surprised at the lack of customer service as I have had dealings with them in the past and had vowed never to step foot in one of their stores again. Hence buying direct from Karrimore or so I thought. The customer don't care department have been true to form telling me the insole is no longer stocked so basically go away we are far to big to worry about things like that. However if I was to order another pair of 8.5 boots I feel sure they would possibly come with the correct insoles in them. Regards Steve Chambers

i have ordered running shoes. they are size 3 but in the size selection icon its written that size 3 is equal 36 in europe . i just got my shoes now but on the box label, its written that they are 35,5 Europe size. i think i wont be able to use them because they are small for me and they hurt my toes . so this is sad, i think i will never order from karrimor again.

Just took delivery of a pair of walking boots reduced from 139.00 to 53.00. Good value i thought. Opened box and immediately noticed one of the eyelet rings was missing. So ive got to send back and pay for postage. Useless.

I am only able to share a rating of the delivery service becuse the review request came before the delivry. I find when tracking my delivery that Yodel 'could not find my property' - but I have not yet been able to contact them as their chat is permanently busy. No other courier has this trouble by the way. It might have something to do with the fact that Yodel are notoriously bad employers. People who treat and pay their staff properly tend to run a better-performing business. Your brand is tarnished by association with a poor courier. Also by association with Sports Direct of course, another notoriously bad employer. So no, I am not impressed.

Nice jacket but sadly didn't get to take it home. I ordered using click & collect but when I picked up from the store (sports direct at Cribbs causeway) I realised it was too small. No problem, the store had the next size up in a different colour so took it to the till & asked to swap & was then asked to pay £7.00 extra as the same jacket was a different price in store & despite my online order having the same higher price showing on its label they still wouldn't swap. Could I get a refund? Not unless I send it back at my cost (already having paid £5 delivery). Mental, the right size is right there in front of me but I can't have it unless I pay £7 more or go away and order online to get the original lower price which is still available. Really unhelpful staff too.

I ordered my coat one night this week for a planned trip to Norway, I phoned a mate also going and recommended the said coat, he went online minutes after I had ordered mine at £74:99. When he told me the price had dropped again to £52:99 !!!!! I was flabbergasted!!! I immediately contacted customer support and eventually was told basically that nothing could be done about me paying over twenty pounds extra for goods that dropped in price minutes later..WELL YOU WANTED FEEDBACK.....NEVER AGAIN

I ordered an item on the 15th December. I had to pay to collect it from a shop. I still do not have the item. I have been into the store to see if they have it but they only seen to have a deliveries on w Friday. I will not have the item for Christmas.

Wrong garment sent, good response from customer services for return by freepost. Requested correct garment be provided and a refund was promptly issued, when stock was available in on-line store. Dis-appointed, confused and not impressed with result. Oh, & I don't have my merino zip top base layer, perhaps i'll shop elsewhere.

On Wednesday your crappy computer system bombarded me with 3 emails about various micro status changes of my order. On Thursday you sent me an email about Black Friday offers. On Friday you sent me the same email. Today - Saturday - you send me another 3 emails. The 1st about some other micro status change in my order then followed up a couple of hours later with another saying order ready to collect. Finally a 3rd email asking for feedback. Answer- TOO MANY BLOODY EMAILS Most were pointless emails about micro status changes in my order and then unnecessary repeat of one about black Friday offers. This sort of email deluge makes me run away from the company.

Still not received the goods even though a premium was paid for delivery on Saturday 14th NOT GOOD Now no-one can guarantee to be there if and when the package is delivered
