The coat was very large for a medium and the fabrib was as thin as paper... Not at all worth even the discounted price of £155

The parcel was not delivered to me, the courier company you provided me to complete this transaction (and which I have paid extra) has registered it as 'Delivered'. I have forwarded the following message to you: "I have placed an order on 31/10,it should be delivered on 2/11 and I haven't received it. At the Yodel's system it's registered as picked up at 13:53 and 'Delivered' at 13:58, that's impossible there are 20Mil distance beetween the pick up point and my house. I have already contacted with courier and said that the parcel was delivered through letterbox. The property has no letterbox, and even there was one, the parcel could not be fitted.I want my jacket or fully refund ASAP. Thank you in advance." But no answer or action took place from your part. I have purchased other products from your company and were dere delivered to Greece with no problem, but now I moved in UK the service and the associates you provide are unacceptable!! I still want my money back!!

The right shoe looked faded and of different colour. There are scratch marks of the right shoe. There are faults on the stitches on the right shoe. Overall very disappointed. I am returning the shoes. Will never buy shoes from this website.

3 coats ordered and paid extra for next day delivery as coats were needed quickly. The parcel was delivered the next day but it consisted of 2 coats and 1 vest! Email sent to Karrimoor and no reply yet received. Not impressed at all as 1st time of using the company. After receiving the goods, realised from the price tags etc that they came from Sports Direct!

Have not received parcel as yet! Been in touch with van driver after email stated goods delivered! ! Driver assured me he still has our parcel and awaiting delivery today!

Disgusting! Awful! The worst does not happen! Why do you continue to ignore me ??? I paid the money and need to be answered, where my product? Why is the fourth consecutive day, my order is still in England, why did not he sent me? You promise online delivery of five days, you're lying to customers. I'm very angry and disappointed! I have already contacted the support, but I ignored !!! This is the worst service I've ever met, I will recommend to all my friends, relatives and colleagues, you never not to have affairs.

Paid for next day delivery, came 2 days late!! Sent TWO EMAILS asking for my order and stating I paid for NEXT DAY delivery and still not had a reply???? So service is terrible, customer service is terrible, delivery appalling!

still waiting for email to say if my order has been collected by courier and phone number for shop is not obtainable to see if I can go to pick up the order - so over 10 days after order placed I'm less than impressed

Awful, hideous, will never use again. Coat delivered in very poor state, dirty, with a broken zip and in shoddy, substandard packaging. Was initially talking to Customer Service via email but then all communication just stopped despite my issue being far from resolved. I have emailed several times, all of which have been ignored. I have now paid a third party company called CustomerCare.org to pursue the complaint on my behalf who have made 3 attempts at contact and are also being ignored. Complaint now escalated to Director Level. An absolutely diabolical company with zero Customer Care who seem to be oblivious that they are dealing with actual human beings with feelings.

Happy with the products but one of the items came equipped with a security tag fixed!! The courier service by YODEL was dreadful. It was a not easy to get the parcel delivered in the first place. I felt it was a lot easier to break open the tag then saw it off and risk damaging the goods, rather than returning the item and extending my connection with YODEL. I can award 7/10 for the products (due to the unwanted security tag), but only 1/10 for the courier service!!!!!

The shoes have different size. Considering that I have to pay for the return because of your mistake is simply unacceptable. Full refund requested and farewell karrimor

I paid almost £7 extra for next day delivery. Yodel attempted delivery within 24 hours but failed (because I was out, and they didn't try to get a signature from a neighbour) and despite my having re-booked urgent delivery for today, my child's trainers have still not arrived. Not impressed, not happy, and my child has to wear unsuitable shoes in the interim. Plus I now have absolutely no idea WHEN or IF the trainers will be delivered. Love the trainers Karrimor, but your delivery partner service leaves a lot to be desired.

Very disappointed not to have recived my order, even though payed for NEXT DAY delivery. Suitcase packed and awaiting sandles. What use are the e.mails you sent with tracking info...... If the delivery man doesn't show up ? Two days later still waiting, I am about to have to chase you up with phone calls when I have little time, prior to leaving for airport , relaxing start to holiday. Hey!!!!!!!!

not sure how to rate you really.the time from ordering to delivery was very prompt.however the bag was smaller than was needed and i little flimsy.so decided to return item,took item to post office. where i was stunned to find that the bag that i had paid to come from Karrimor to me(£4.99) was now costing me £12 to send back to Karrimor.

Although I am happy with the bag itself, and the time it took for delivery, I am extremely annoyed that I have just noticed a security tag has been left on the front lower pocket. How this was not checked or noticed before delivery was extremely careless! I live outside of the UK and go on holiday in two days so am now need to make a decision as what to do. In addition to no customer service email address or number in any of the many emails I have also received is equally frustrating.

I do find it annoying when online retailers hassle you for feedback before the product has even arrived! Yes, I'm sure what I've ordered will be perfect, yes I'm sure that they will be packed just fine! And yes my online experience has been estatic! But please, wait until I've received my order until you ask for feedback as I cannot review what I don't have!

I know through british friends that your products are very good. I cannot value your items because I have not yet received my comandment from you. For the future askings I would prefered to be served through Royal Mail.In three days I have received parcels from the UK.Thank you anyway.

I was very disappointed to receive these trainers in a box marked sale at£23. When I had paid £29.99 plus £5 postage. I think if someone had the time to mark up the box before it was delivered, I should be refunded the difference. The website has no means of making a complaint and the store could only refer me back to the website. One very disappointed customer.
