Oh dear Karimoor, you need to put some work into your online shopping experience! I paid extra for Saturday delivery, but you delivered it earlier. This was not helpful, as I was out, and it was given to my neighbour who went away for Easter before I got back home. I had to rush out to the store to re-purchase, as I could not get to my urgent (and timed delivery). I was going to get the purchase sent to a store originally, but your website couldn't agree on how long it would take (one page said 2 days, another said 5-7 days). If timeliness is important to you, then it's best you go to the store and do it yourself rather than rely on their shambolic delivery service.

A glitch in the retailers ordering software SportsDirect caused the product to be sent to the wrong address. Despite me immediately informing the company it was still delivered to this address two days later. Now they expect me to drive a hundred mile round trip to collect it. This is the fault of Sportsdirect the retailer, not Karrimor, although perhaps the relationship needs to examined. I'm sure the product itself is fine.

Sorry, to tell you but i received just a part of my order .That is to say that instead of the 3 in 1 jacket i got the 1 only !!!!!!! So I am not so happy ..

Ordered something and paid for next day delivery, parcel got lost after I waited in all day, promised the next day, it arrived 6pm after waiting in all day. I received a cheap jacket that I didn't order and it had tags for the jacket I purchased, tags switched around, not impressed, going to trading standards with the jacket and incorrect barcodes on the jacket tag and cardboard tag, very dishonest, jacket I ordered now convieniently not in stock

The delivery service was appalling and delivered my goods to a complete stranger. There's no telephone number for me to call someone at karrimor. I filled in the online form and just received an email about my order. Again explained situation in email and asked for a call and no response. I will never use this company again. It shouldn't be so hard to speak to a person who works for you!

Placed the order and Karrimor took the money. Since then nothing, no order, no delivery, no non-delivery card, no refund and no customer service. There appears no way to speak to anyone either at the delivery company (Yodel) or Karrimor. Is your need to make customer service numbers or emails difficult to find indicative of your confidence in your service or an indication that the customer just needs to put up with being taken for granted? If it weren't for the fact it is Karrimor I would assume it was a scam. In honesty had I known you used Yodel to deliver I would never have placed the order in the first place.

The jacket was delivered fine and on time however it has a security tag fitted. I've been trying to get intouch with some who can sort this out, I'm still waiting. I am going away on Saturday andvthis jacket was purchased for that reason, I can no longer wear it.

I would like to bring to your attention the poor state of the sandals I received. The box looks like it has been knocked around quite a lot and has a puncture in it. What concerned me the most was the strange mould on one of the sandals. (picture attached).

I purchased a karrimor tee shirt online a couple of weeks ago. Still don't have it. I had hoped that the item would have been delivered by Royal Mail. I'm not at home Monday to Friday and did not expect a teeshirt delivery to involve such a complex delivery process. On Saturday I got a calling card from a courier based 40 miles away stating that he had missed me, I have since no success in re-arranging the delivery because yodels online service seems to be rejecting the alternative address that I'm seeking to set up. I'm not sure if or how I will ever receive the teeshirt, as usual with these things, there is no option to just phone up and speak to someone. I'm at the 'lifes too short' point now.

Please don't use Yodel they are useless. Still waiting for my parcel. They said they could not get access to the property. We have staff in the main house and I work on site and we have cameras at every door - Yodel have not been near. Looks like I will have to buy locally and claim a refund.

I ordered size 5 sandals and when they arrived one was indeed a size 5 and the other was a size 4! It was an urgent order and I paid opted to lay £6.99 for next day delivery. It was then not possible to place a further order as they were needed that day. I hope to get a better service with the refund due.

I ordered a pair of walking sandals. Unfortunately the two sandals delivered were not a pair. Both were red but were entirely different styles
