I ordered trousers and got shorts

I ordered 4 Karrimor knit run hats51. 2x fluorescent, 765227/13 /000, and 2x black,765227/03/000, I only received 3 of them. One of the black hat's is missing from my order. I emailed customer service on Monday 11/01/2015 when the hat's arrived, and told them that one of the hat's is missing from my order. I'm still waiting for a reply from my email about the missing item to my order. Derek

I have not received my boots yet and sent an email with my ref number and did not get a reply. So very poor service and still waiting for my boots!!

The order was delivered efficiently, but the running shirst (which were described on line as being baselayers and including 15% elastane, were in fact loose fitting and 100% polyester. Ithey were at least cheap, and not worth the trouble returning them.

Hello I ordered my gilet on the 26th Dec and as yet nothing received, still showing waiting to ship and has been saying so since 26th Dec. I also paid the extra £2 on the delivery cost to speed up delivery so paid £5.99. My husband ordered the mans gilet same one but for a man and he ordered on 31st Dec and did not pay the extra £2 so paid £3.99 and his gilet arrived today. I e mailed this morning to advise of the above not being received. So at present cannot say happy with the quality of service. Perhaps the e mail sent this morning to Karrimor will have the desired effect to have my gilet actually delivered.

I ordered with plenty of time to spare for Christmas, but even with the extortionate delivery prices, it still didnt turn up in time!

Item has not been delivered, and yet you are asking for feedback. Well, try delivering. Then there is a possibility of assessing how good or bad the product is. As things stand, accepting an order and failing to deliver anything is about as bad as it can get.

I paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive. I have contacted customer services and have had no response. My items did arrive at a later date and were what I wanted but I didn't get the service I paid for and I have had no explanation for this.

The box was a complete mess and the security tag had been left on. Not very impressed as I'm giving the trainers as as a Christmas present and cutting off the security was not easy!

Yodel are probably the worst delivery company out there - please don't use them, it lets down your service. No point in asking me to write a review because you want "To make sure I got the very best service" when I am still awaiting delivery and yodel claim they've not even got the parcel yet - a week after the order.

I had brought some items online worth £200, however there was no option to add next day delivery. I processed through the steps on my phone hoping there was a step at the end to add the next day delivery - to my luck this was impossible. Next day I tried to navigate the web page to seek some help. No chance, there was no way of speaking to anyone regarding my query to chase for next day delivery. I am a regular customer for several online shopping sites and usually it it fairly easy to speak to someone to change the delivery. However i eventually managed to find a number via my own sources. The sales contact was not able to help at all, I had to refund my order and order online again via a desktop by myself. The items I had pre ordered were last in stock, so I couldn't reorder it! The sales couldn't do anything, I had to escalate to the manager we was equally as disappointing!!! All they could do was provide a refund. When I eventally received my order, I wanted to refund a number of items. And to my surprise I as the customer had to pay for the postage, at a cost of £13!!!! Went into a sports direct store to attempt to refund the items (which were sold in the store), but the store manager was useless!!! Basic summary - I will never shop with this company again!!!!! Worst experience ever+

I bought a cheap backpack, to use for my daily train commute. It fell apart in multiple places after 2 years. I bought exactly the same bag to replace it, that one fell apart in 2 months so I sent it back. I am waiting for the replacement to arrive, hopefully this one will last longer but I am not confident. I would be prepared to pay more for a bag that did not fall apart so quickly.

Don't buy - do so at your peril. Received sandals which had the security cable tag still attached which was removed with a great deal of effort only then to find that the loop for the front strap on the left sandal was completely missing making the sandals completely useless. This missing loop should be sewn into the sandal as it was on the right sandal. Absolutely appalling quality and service. Now they want me to return the items and pay for the postage!

Still not received my parcel despite using the tracking number and having several conversations on live chat. Just told to wait in the next day and so on. There is a limit to how many days i can remain indoors. I have work to attend too
