“I wish I'd never shopped here. My next day delivery still hasn't arrived 4 days later, and though I know this is the delivery companies fault, there been no contact after several days to both my emails, and no other way to contact you on your website. Also, as you have clearly chosen the delivery company for price not reliability, I feel you are ultimately responsible for this. I want to cancel the order but there is no way to do this, and I feel really let down by the lack of contact. I feel this is appalling service and is massively frustrating. I will not ever shop here again.”

“Ordered boots for my husband and they came used, broken. One of The metal clip that holds the laces was pulled off. The box came all battered and scribbled on! Shocking!!”

“The delivery was poor and had to be signed for so It took three days before it arrived. It wasn't a 10 carat diamond. When it arrived a small mans legging would not fit over my thighs. I am only 60 kg and have a 30 inch waist! It will now have to go back.”

“I ordered trainers size 7. They arrived in their box. One trainer was size 7 the other was size 11. I will wait to see if the replacement pair arrive correctly and how quickly they arrive before I make further comments.”
