“When you buy Karrimor boots they come with laces. These fit the boots. When these laces break, Karrimor can supply replacement laces - which are 3/4 of the length of the laces that came width the boots. Well done!”

“Hi the man that delivered the parcel threw my door has posted it while no one is in; as he has done this the dog has got at it and destroyed it I'm upset by this as I was wanting it to go to V festival with it and I couldn't because it was all ripped!”

“I paid a lot of money for the fastest delivery to get my item before I went on holiday, and according to your website when I placed my order I should have got this item. Now it has been delayed, for an unexplained reason, and I will not get it in time. I expect a full refund for the postage I paid for.”

“Delivery was prompt, however when our rucksack arrived it contained a pair of ladies pants???!! Used! Absolutely disgusted. Will be interested to see how this is explained by customer services tomorrow!”

“Item never arrived on time, despite receiving an email stating the date it would arrive. I waited in all day and it never came. I didn't get the boots in time for my walking holiday - very dissatisfied sadly.”

“Our ordered item failed to arrive. I contacted Karrimor ( managed by Sports Direct) 24 hours ago to explain that we had not received our item (despite Yodel claiming to have delivered it) and , as yet, I have had no response to my request for help. Karrimor is a brand I trust but I won't be buying online from them again.”

“Really disappointed. I paid for express delivery. When the sandals arrived one was so badly damaged it should never have made into the box. I've had to pay to return them and await a replacement.”

“Website split order removing one of two pairs ordered. I was then forced to make second order and pay postage twice as they would not combine order despite an immediate request. Then the wrong sized shoes were sent, and despite requesting an urgent replacement as shoes needed for the weekend - I originally ordered with next day delivery - still not replaced. I will never shop here again!”

“I was really disappointed with my order, which I had placed for a gift. When the item arrived it was in an extra large bag which was not sealed. The item was the wrong size, had numerous sale labels attached. the shorts were creased around the crotch and the back.pocket zip was undone as if the item had been worn or had been on the shop floor for a while. I paid 5 pound for express delivery which I would like refunding because the size was.mot what I ordered, yet there was an indication that postage would not be refunded. I'm not at all happy with this and have placed another order with another company.”

“Very disappointed. Went on this site to order a running jacket and noticed that there was a £3.99 delivery charge. Ordered the jacket and a couple of pairs of cheap shorts. They took my order but then I got an email saying the jacket was out of stock. However they still took my order for the cheap shorts which had now become an expensive order due to the delivery charge. I read the small print on the site and it says the order is not binding. My advice is stay clear of ordering on this site.”

“I am writing my second review regarding 2 returning items one you have confirmed you have received the other I have heard nothing I have try to email no luck the telephone no luck the post office I have to wait till the 13th of May before they can confirm if the parcel has been delivered also the pair of walking shoes I finaly purchased are now falling apart as the stiching is come apart but it would cost me another £8 to return and receive a new pair I would like a telephone number to call so I can descuse my promblem with the monies I have spent on post also the quality of you shoes Regards Charles Nicola”

“We ordered shoes for delivery on the 20th of April. The shoes were delivered on the 15th April. We did not take access of our new house until the 17th April. We have no idea where the shoes are but we do not have them. This is why we requested delivery after the 20th of April.”

“Yodel put my parcel in a bush in my front garden, so it's obviously been stolen already, and Karrimor haven't contacted me back, not impressed at all. This is my first buy with them too.”
