The quality of the wheel is really bad. It only last for couple of weeks. I am a user of your Karrimor Transit 70 Liter trolley bag for the last two years but now a days the quality is verse

I have been sent the wrong size my order says 5 I've been sent a 6. I can't find a contact phone number for customer services anywhere and I don't see why I should pay the postage to return they to you. It's your mistake !!

I ordered a k100 men's coat in the sale unfortunately the coat arrived yesterday and the fur trim seems uneven in parts on the hood .

Sadly, straight out of the box one of the lace loops is broken (by the toe of the left boot - see picture below)

You write that the couriers have been unable to deliver! your goods and as a result your order has been returned to sender. That is not true! I tried to follow my goods, but was not able to do so. My order is from 6 Oktober. and on Oktober 12 you send me a mail that the couriers have been unable to deliver? KARR40000030249774

I bought 3 product and your customer service send me 2 product and they said one jacket is out of stock.But they didnt ask me my chose.After that I sent mail and I said dont payback me money and send another fleece and still I want another fleece.But your customer service still didnt answer my mail.If you dont fix my problem I will never chose Karrimor again. Thank You

Order KARR40000029875608. Item 446056/74/430 Sierra Jacket Aubergine 14(L) No goods were delivered despite waiting in all day on the nominated date of delivery (27/9/16) and after being sent an email indicating they would arrive by 7pm. There was no option from the couriers Yodel to discuss why they had not arrived nor any contact telephone number or complaints email address to find out why. Just a response to say get back to your supplier as the goods may have been damaged or not signed for. The latter is nonsense as we waited in all day. There is also no contact email address or telephone number for you on the website. Maybe this failure should be redirected to others for advice on not what to do as a business.

I didn't know the order was processed through Sports Direct. I am still waiting on the order being collected from the warehouse - it is STILL showing as 'PROCESSED'. Has been like that since Monday. Now have to go shopping today - for all the items I ordered. VERY UNHAPPY. The order may or may not arrive today or tomorrow - my emails have not been answered so I have no idea where my order is.

I paid for next day on Tuesday 13th and they arrived on Friday 16th so that's not good service

I haven't got it yet, and with this deadline, the 15 of September, the delivery should be free anyway. It's here now, but I ordered an other model, not this one.

Expected British Company British goods but foreign and faulty. Stitching on hood zip ran over the flap. One jacket had the security button still attached underarm, trousers massively too wide, comical even, trainers clumsy looking and not as seen in online store. No customer service telephone number to speak with anyone so will have to return all goods and pay nearly £7 for the privilege of finding out all of this. Will never shop online again with Karrimor.

Bought a large trolley Bag with a view to taking my ski gear abroad. It is too flimsy to bear the weight of all of my gear and boots etc. Not nearly the quality of the more expensive rucksack i bought earlier in the year.

You sent the wrong size sandals. I ordered size 6, you sent size 3.
