“I just receive my first delivery, and unfortunately it was not completely satisfying. I ordered a pair of shoes about week and half ago and they were delivered today(I ordered them from abroad, so I would say that this is indeed a reasonable delivery time). The problem however is that now I have two shoes and only one sole, which indeed is not the end of the world, but is a bit disappointing and I really will think twice before ordering from your online store again, especially considering the hassle that will be a potential product return for me, being not in the UK but in Bulgaria.”

“Goods have not been delivered as yet ,due for delivery on 28/1/17 but no show by Hermes but claimed a delivery attempted but didn't even come to my house! Now having to wait in for delivery today”

“Parcel was due to come on the 26.01.2017 - still hasn't arrived. Had exactly the same before Christmas with a consignment being delivered by Hermes on behalf of Lakeland - arrived days late and Hermes put the date it was meant to arrive on the delivery note on the website. Hermes consistently let their clients and customers down.”

“Well I am still waiting for my shoes, which I am sure will be great and they were a good price. But why do you use Hermes for delivery? I am having to wait in all day, this is their 2nd attempt to deliver (although third attempt with another item). They give no information, except they will be delivered today. They have an app which is useless and gives no extra information, they leave unintelligible SMS messages, they left a phone no. on the card which was "no. not recognised". Because I will have to go out at some point the shoes will probably be returned to Karrimor. So, sorry, but I won't be ordering again, unless I'm sure that Hermes are not delivering!”

“This review is not a reflection on the products which I personally think are great. My experience was soured by the fact that it turns out the two jackets I ordered were smaller than expected. Not a problem I thought, I will just return them for a larger size. Problem is I live in the USA. As such the cost of returning them registered as suggested so they don’t get lost turned out to be over 70 USD. I contacted customer service which is I guess is run by another company called SportsDirect. Setting aside that it took days for anyone to get back to me all I got was some guy called Peter copy pasting the return policy from the website as a reply to my request asking if there was a way to use the same carrier that delivered to me as a means to send the jackets back at least at an affordable cost. My next mail about the issue came back with a dry response that I was not allowed to do so. As such I went ahead and bought the two jackets again as the cost of returning the items came very close to the cost of buying them again in a larger size. I guess I can give the other two away as gifts. Conclusion? If you are ordering from overseas and especially somewhere far like the USA you better get your order exactly right in terms of size because Karrimor has no efficient affordable process or proper customer service via SportsDirect to handle your exchange. Sorry guys. Great products. Poor service.”

“Rating as poor due to the fact that you're asking me to write a review before the goods were delivered. Generally, everything I buy from Karrimor is ok but this makes me feel like you're more interested in a good rating that delivering my goods in a timely manner.”

“Two of the Items I ordered were delivered on time and in good condition. However I ordered four items, and the two main items I wanted were removed from the order as they were out of stock. I think I should have had the option of cancelling the whole order at that stage as the two I did receive were ordered to reduce the delivery charge per item. There was no point returning them as I would have had to pay the original delivery and postage back to you. I've also noticed that all the items are still available to order in your website which wasn't amended when it was found my items were out of stock.”

“The boots have a obvious fault and should not have been sent to me. I now have the problem returning the item. Also the inconvenience and cost of returning P&P. I would hope that I am refunded in full.”

“Well I ordered the k100 waxed jacket in extra large and I received the jacket which the website suggested true to size? Well it fitted more like medium so I am a bit disappointed having wasted my time listening to your recommendations on sizing”

“Haven't received goods yet! No indication of when to expect to be able to collect order. Had wanted ito for Christmas. Not happy that I had to pay to return goods for exchange and that there was no opportunity to return to store. (Relieved that the different size was suitable)”

“I buy size M but is not fit it. There is M size on the T-shirt but in real size must be L or XL (in compare with exactly same t-shirts - size M). good material very comfortable but size is wrong. (to big) this was a Christmas gift. :-(”
