“Product is great, customer service response or lack there of is horrible! Emailed CS about trading in a unit after I had purchased a new one and have yet to receive a response to my question.”

“I tried to tell you the glucose strips were way off and you explained me that they could be off by 20%. This makes them useless for me. 100 reading in the morning is healthy where as 120 is not.”

“I have used the original Keto-Mojo for over a year with no problem. I needed to order replacement strips. In the middle of the order process, I was notified that I could upgrade to the new style and save money. I would be required to mail back the old device or I would be charged full price. I was surprised that I received both the new device and strips, and the old strips. I was told that I should have actively cancel the order. I thought the replacement order was a replacement for the starting order, since the strips now were useless. Though I originally asked to return the unopened old strips for a refund, there was no response to that request. I went through the process of disabling the old device and enabling the new one. Then I tried to test m y ketone level with the new device. The strip did not take up blood. The second strip did not take up blood. I tried glucose strips. The first one took it up immediately. However, the reading was 130. I'm wearing a CGM which at the time read in the 80s. I tried to calibrate the new device using the calibration fluid included with the device. The strip would not take up the fluid. I'm using the old device.”

“Sorry I don't feel the meter is very accurate. Even using your test mixtures. Not sure customer service is that great either. Too many erroneous readings. Also I forgot to mention the new foil pouches that contain the test strips are very difficult to open.”

“Too inconsistent! That's all I can say. After multiple times of testing within a short. Of time, I get wide variations of readings. Both with the ketosis strips and the glucose strips. Again the strips are way too difficult to get out of the foil pouch!”

“I hate doing business with companies that do all that they can to insure that you CANNOT talk to them by phone. They set up frustratingly long holds on phone trees and then force you to leave a message that will never be returned. And when you call out their behavior, they LIE about having tried to return your calls. They may like their aloof new customer care model but as for me,… I will no longer recommend KetoMojo to anybody and I will definitely review my options before I reorder anything.”

“For me the keto Mojo was an interesting experiment. Based on the theory that if ketones are high, insulin is low and the multiple combos that may indicate actually your pancreas is working and naturally produced insulin is functioning properly in moderating BG. you like other businesses invoke a new product that requires one to purchase a new meter and different test strips, while all along your product is too expensive. I'm out.”

“testing strips are difficult to get out of packaging, testing strips are flimsy, they bend way too easily when inserting, they do not seem to sip up blood sample as effectively as the old strips, when i go to quickly test ketone after glucose strip the ketone strip does not want to draw up blood sample. also new lancet does not except universal needles like the older version. Poor way to increase profit in my opinion! Not happy with new version. I feel your company is like the rest of corporations , just focusing on profits by making a good product CHEAPER. Will being looking for a higher quality meter and equipment.”

“The meter was so off, stopped using it. Yes, the market allows a margin of error but my meter jumped from 256 to 130 and it was happening over the course of several days.”

“the new keto mojo is harder to use, i don't like how the strips are packaged, I'm not sure about the accuracy. i did the glucose test this for accuracy and that was a compete waste of time.”

“- each strip individually packed means lots of waste, it's much harder to handle strips that way - many more mis-readings / error codes (looks like it needs way more blood than old version) - Also the throw-out button is badly placed. So overall I miss my old meter”

“I hate the test strips wrapping. Very difficult to open. I was hoping that you can use one strip for glucose & keto readings. The meter goes on when you zipper it in the case. Which causes the battery life to end quicker. I was hoping for better improvement from the old meter. Disappointed.”

“Used to be a good company that stood behind its products. Used to the most reliable meter on the market. Now they push a terrible blue tooth meter and glucose strips with terrible reliability. I will no longer buy their products”

“Why send these messages when you do nothing? Twice before I've already told you that the blood strips are too expensive and many have an error show up when using. But again, why ask, if you do nothing?”

“The strips are impossible to open, the ap wants me to sign up with partners or it won’t start, upon request for help to stop the ap from wanting me to sign up with partners, my request was ignored. I wish I’d never upgraded.”
