“I purchased some new glucose metering sticks. Apparently, they were the wrong ones, so I called support and left a message. Three-hours later, I called again. Then I go to look at my email and find a message from them. It seemed cowardly to send me an email instead of calling me directly to discuss the problem.”

“I had previously submitted a ? regarding a set of ketone strips accuracy. I explained my daily testing regimen. Same time etc. I was basically told to do what i had been doing. That veing cinstitent regimine and to Purchase a test kit. I didnt want to spend my money proving your oroduct was faulty. So i used the strips and got the readings basically ignoring them. When I received the new order I still had one old strip. It tested .2. I recalibrated a new strio and it immediately following the .2 I got a .5 reading. Makes me wonder uf any of it is accurate. I find myself using it and the glucose strios less & less. .”

“The test strips were difficult to replace after the meager first ten were used. I went through three orders and returns before I got the correct replacements. List a lot of money on the deal”

“App update broke sync with meter. App has no data save nor export for when the following occurs: App support requested app re-load which erased ALL my data point history App support requested app re-load Knowing they hadn't fixed all of the issues. Very low confidence in Keto-Mojo to collect and manage the data I bought the product for. App requires Location during sync. App developers can work around the minor android bugs/issues that lead to that technically-false requirement.”

“I thought these strips were for the meter that I purchased 6 months ago. I guess you decided to discontinue them and I can't get ahold of the proper strips and are forcing people to buy your "new" meter. Kinda irritated at that.”

“Lance device too weak, even on highest setting to get a good blood drop. Use another one from a different kit. Glucose reading way off two different Abbot Life glucose meters. Ugh.”

“I thought keto mojo would be great as I’ve used keto doc and a glucose meter for 18 months. Not simpler, and I’ve wasted 15 ketone strips already. I have no problem entering a code.. keto doc wAs always 899...., This is a disaster.. Already wasted 20+ strips”

“Well, I’m not super impressed. I mean it arrived quickly but (for me, or in my opinion,) it is not the easiest little contraption in the world to use. After a couple of “uses” it’s been showing errors and I don’t know it just frustrating. And then to find out there’s not that many strips that come with it and you would have to spend a small fortune if you were testing pretty consistently. I would really like to return it, but I’m fairly certain I no longer have the box and I’m not sure they would accept the return. (Understandably) I just got some “keto stix” from Amazon. That’s good enough. Lol. But, if you’re handy with these little contraptions, and good with the amount of those strips, then I’m sure it’s a great little thing!”

“The keto mojo meter is not very accurate, it varies quite a bit between two consecutive readings. My old freestyle light glucose meter is accurate within two points when doing consecutive readings. I would like to exchange my meter for one that is more accurate or get my money back.”

“Good evening, the package arrived today August 31, 2020. The impression it gave me is that the equipment is not new. Maybe it is re-invoiced. The seal on the product box was wrinkled. When opening the box, the device already had the batteries installed. The test drops were not in the box. Anyway, the impression it gave me is that it is not brand new.”

“The new blood glucose meter seems good especially with the GKI function. But I went back to the old model because the backlight of the display of the new Keto Mojo does not work ... not easy to read the results ...”
