The new design on the meter is disappointing. None of the changes are better, and most are a net negative. The strips are individually wrapped, creating more waste and an extra step. The release button is finicky. Even after calibration, the readings for ketones and blood glucose can vary by as much as 30%, for readings taken at the same time and readings compared with the remaining strips for my old version of the same monitor. I do like the black display, though. That's nice. But overall, I'll probably use up the strips I have then look for a new meter, which is disappointing since the previous version was really great.

I contacted the support team for information about how to get my readings from my old meter before I sent it to replace the new one. I have now lost all my old readings! No direct answers to my questions just something rushed back. Sorry but that is a fact!

Had my Keto-Mojo Bluetooth meter less than 6 mths when forced to upgrade to the GK+ meter because test strips for the original meter are being phased out. I appreciate the trade up offer, but would have been perfectly happy continuing to use my original meter. Also, the trade up program was misleading, saying free shipping but then charging for the return shipping of the old meter.

Discontinuing support products for original meters seems poorly planned and in the interest solely of KM’s bottom line with an entirely new system when much of our country and the world is financially depressed and struggling. This is why I rated the company a 2.

The machine doesn’t sync to the app and some of the glucose strips came out empty when I opened them to use them also it give different readings by a huge difference in numbers when testing couple time after each time

Ordered the Ketone strips and rec'd the Glucose strips instead. Had to wait another 4-5 days for ketone strips to arrive.

IMHO, this device and stirps are less trustworthy than my previous version and strips. I had this device for the last few weeks, and in my first box of strips, 13 of the glucose strips errored, were way off on the numbers, or would not draw in my blood sample at all as did 6 of the keystone strips. In several cases, there was extra coating in the tip of some of the strips, which appears to be an issue as well. At a dollar or so per stip, this will be a really expensive use case. The app is not displaying readings as expected. The strip packaging far less desirable than the previous method, but it is what it is. I guess I may need to return this unit for my old one.

The good news: new pricing for strips is terrific. The bad news: packaging and use of new strips and new testing device a big step backwards

Having problems with opening the new sttips! And have several stripes out just 5 opened so far be defective or just partial therefore...unusable! Not happy! I have not yet contacted Keto MOJO to report this so hopefully they will reach out.

The meter is not accurate. Instructions are poorly written. The app stinks. None of the employees know what they are doing. Plus many other product issues.

I have emailed you several times to be given an address as to where I can return the mojo unit and the only address I have is the back to the future to recycle my old one. In all actuality I would be very happy if I could send the new one back to you in exchange for new Ketosis blood tabs so I can use my original unit. Having never received a useful reply from you, I would so appreciate an answer and final conclusion to this. You have almost used up the 30 day to return ( which is what your trying to do). so I need an answer ASAP

I am still mad that I had to purchase the newer model of the Mojo meter, because you produced a new model and I couldn't get the test strips any more. There was nothing wrong with the old model, but I was forced to purchase the newer one.

The Bluetooth connection is slower than the previous one. The strips package individually are the worst. A lot of work to open and triplicate the garbage. It was not a good experience for me

I “upgraded “ to the plus model. I don’t like the way the strips are packaged. They’re hard to get open and access the test strips promptly. I want to sync with Carb Manager. So I inquired, but wasn’t contacted by your company with an answer. I like the original device better so far.

I decided to take advantage of the trade-in. Mistake...go to this page, fill out this form...strange...no way to send the form to you. So I contact customer service and have them assist me. Ok. Now I receive the package, no return envelope, contact customer service AGAIN...still waiting for the return envelope (It's been almost 2wks) :(. Then I get the thrill of the "up-grade" and test strips in individual create more trash packets I have to cut open, gee thanks. I missed the date set up and now living with the month of August in November. Apparently, you all forgot that a lot of your customers 1) don't use smartphones/BlueTooth. 2) are not tech-savvy 20 yr olds 3) don't want to create any more garbage (individual packets) than we have to 4) and don't want to have to run accuracy tests...oh, yes, thanks for the keep the box advice on the video I watch TWO DAYS AFTER I THREW IT OUT. Then there is your new and "improved" case. When I open it, I never know where my little bottles will be, are they still be in their pocket or will they jump out and roll around. And it's odd to have the meter upside down so to speak. You couldn't put the velcro closure for one of the little pockets to enclose the test bottles? The only reason I "up-graded" was because you told me the other test strips were being discontinued. I am sure by now you have guessed I am not happy with Keto-Mojo.
