“Delivery took 8 working days. Ordered on a Thursday evening, arrived on Tuesday of the next week. No option of tracking until delivery company emailed me. The present was intended for a colleague who was leaving and they had their final day with no gift. 12days in total to get a parcel from a warehouse to Wicklow.”

“Ordered a number of items. Even at sale price still peicey for the quality of some of the items. Description of one item was glass vintage christmas baubles... they are not glass. I did email Kilkenny over 2 weeks ago but had no response.”

“I had a really bad experience! Ordered a candle for Christmas Nov 28th, received it on Dec17th! Contacted customer service and I was advised to contact the couriers myself! Appalling service! I won’t be purchasing from The Kilkenny Shop again!”

“Items I purchased were gifts for Christmas and they arrived in a timely manner, was easy to navigate the site for ordering and I was very pleased with them. The sale price reductions were amazing too. The only thing I could fault was the size of the packaging box it was way way bigger than it needed to be and the bubble wrap was excessive so this could be improved on.”

“This was my first time buying from Kilkenny shop and I will definitely be shopping with them again. Item was packaged well and good delivery times. There was a small delay on the package which was out of their hands but they still emailed me to apologise and keep me updated. Great service.”
