“Shop experience very good. But on line customer care I thought was not well informed regarding the item I was interested in buying. I was enquiring about the type of material that the item was made of and I did not get a satisfactory answer.”

“Ordered from Australia because I couldn’t find a set I liked here, the order came in less than two weeks. The inside tray was slightly damaged because of cutlery moving around. Contacted Kilkenny and they are sending replacement tray. Great service”

“Customer service just left a bad taste over their handling of my emails requesting help. Basic services should have given me an immediate response that customer service was closed and unable to answer my questions. Instead shipping department shipped order despite my immediate request for customer service help. Subsequent emails were inconsistent on the facts and not helpful at all. Finally they ended up “ghosting “ me.”
