“Never received my order. It took 3.5 weeks to get confirmation that my order was officially “lost” There was active engagement with Kilkenny and GLS but it just went around in circles and the drive was never held accountable.”

“My jacket came pretty fast, although after it arrived in Canada, I wasn't sure who the carrier was because it just said it was with their partner in Canada. Anyway I absolutely love my jacket. It was a great deal!”

“I have purchased online before from Kilkenny Shop & was very happy with the service. However this time I was disappointed with the length of time it took to receive my purchase. Also online sale had one price & the tag price on the item was a lot cheaper. So apparently if you go into the store, you get the price on the tag but online sale is different. Their helpline were prompt in replying to my queries via email.”
