“I never received a return response. The items were beautiful sent as sympathy gifts they came perfect. But when are friend went to hang the plaque the ribbon broke and it broke all over the floor.”

“I had a missing item in my order and wrote an email about five times for help in sorting the situation out. Nobody bothered to come back to me. In the end I gave up and swore not to use you again. I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone I know.”
