“Ever since visiting earlier this year my wife has loved the scents but we didn't have room to pack them. Opening the product the packaging was excellent and the familiar smells and memories came back.”

“I returned my order as per instructions via Chatbox. This was incorrect information. The parcel is now lost and I’m £100 out of pocket. I called customer services twice to talk to someone and on both occasions was promised a call back. I’m still waiting. Email replies are slow. Found the whole experience very frustrating and stressful.”

“We brought beautiful Orla Kiely glasses from the Kilkenny Shop, and we love them. UPS failed to communicate well and unfortunately failed to deliver the parcel on the first attempt, but the customer service at Kilkenny was superb and we rapidly resolved the problem. Lovely people!”
