“I can't sign out of my account on my phone and I have emailed and rang and yet no assistance. There is no button to sign out on the phone - this is against GDPR regulations for keeping my data safe -failure to provide a safe log facility I am very upset at this”

We take the issue of data safety and GDPR regulations very seriously and acknowledge that our failure to provide a safe log facility is unacceptable. Our team have investigated the issue and have made the changes are necessary to ensure a secure log out facility is accessible on our mobile site. We have taken on board your feedback and worked throughout the day to get the log out feature onto the mobile site. “I normally do all my shopping online with Kilkenny and occassionally visit their store in Nassau Street. Kilkenny are so efficient in processing online orders that I never have to worry about how/when things will arrive. It is an Irish Company that is in existance for c60 years and we should all be supporting them to ensure that they will be here in 60 years time.”

“Excellent service, the decanter and glasses were a present, but the vodka set was from us. The mail wasn't the fastest, but this was no fault of Kilkenny, but I would add a week onto postal time. Packed very well, and of the utmost quality”
