“Issue with delivery of order.....had to contact An Post. Order took over a week to 10 days to arrive. Very disappointed as it was an engagement gift and recipients had returned to Australia”

“Love bag, delivery expensive.”

“The packaging on my parcel was extremely excessive. I had ordered a mug along with some jewellery. Obviously the mug needed to be protected but it was wrapped in layers and layers of bubble wrap, came in a huge box with lots of paper surrounding it. Otherwise the order came very promptly. The selection on the website is not as good in store.”
