“When we visited Ireland this year, we loved Kilkenny Design when we were there and brought home a handful of treasures. However, we forgot to get a gift for one family member and visited Kilkenny Designs' webpage and found just what we wanted!”

“Bought the absolute t bar bracelets as gifts . Very disappointed with them . To me they look cheap and the fact they came in a little bag instead of a box made them look cheaper again. Delivery was fast.”

“I have 2 pieces a bracelet and a necklace I love them. The only problem I have is the catches are so tiny it is nearly impossible to close them. I only take them off when I have to have medical procedures. A Niger catch would be perfect.”

“Purchased a pair of Earrings online. Parcel arrived with the incorrect earrings delivered. After numerous attempts to make contact with the Company, and listening to an automated message that 'all our Customer Service 'Agents' are busy' I eventually got to speak to a person. I explained their error. She asked for a photo of the earrings which I received. This I emailed to her. I was then asked a second time to send the same thing. I then had to ring her to tell her she had got what she was asking me for. Kilkenny did not have the earrings which were advertised on it's website. It would/ could not get the correct earrings for me. The Company refunded the purchase price and the incorrect earrings were picked up from my home. No email was received apologizing for their error. I would not recommend buying anything online from Kilkenny. You might not get what you buy. It is not a professional operation and Customer Service is poor.”

“I ordered a McNutt Spearmint Check Wool Scarf. It arrived stuffed into too small a cardboard box just bare, no tissue or wrapping around it, and another item - a jewellery box stuffed in on top of it, again no protection around this gift item. Scarf was a gift too so imagine the crumpled state it was in! Also the image of the Scarf on the website is not the same Scarf worn by the model. Had purchased on the basis of the model image when one scrolled left. Not the service one would have expected from Kilkenny Design based on their instore experience. Recommend if you can't do online shopping to a high standard then don't try, it damages the perception and the brand. Delivery took 7 days from order. Only that I needed the gift urgently I would have returned the Scarf. Certainly makes it look as if you have no value on your customer service or on your merchandise.”

“Ordered an autumn wreath online ,I appreciate it was reduced from €50 to €30 but item was just thrown in a box like a piece of junk.no paper to prevent damage no note. The wreath in bits I had to dump in my recycle bin. As a 75yr old woman I was not in a position to go to all trouble going to post office etc to return. I emailed and explained , They want photos, as I told them in the compst bin, I did not want debri all over my kitchen floor. As a shopper with them for over 25yrs will never shop there again I note an Irish Company based in Kerry. They don't deserve to be in Business.”

“Bought a braclet for my daughter in yhe kilkenny branch, out of stock online, but a lovely girl called Marie (I hope I got her name right) sourced one for me. I collected it brought it home but on looking at it didn't think she would actually like it as looks slightly different than the pic online. Brought it back today and I got a different one which was slso inline no problems with refund very professional and super friendly. Thank you Marie”

“Sadly it is costing me an additional £73.12 in import charges for UPS to bring the two Orla Keily bags I have purchased to my home in England making it my worst value purchase of the year and a painful disappointment 🥺😥😢”
