“Good service -items arrived safely ,well packaged and in good condition. I had thought that ,as I was a first time online buyer ,I would benefit from a reduction ,but I think this only applies to some items , and not to the items I bought (Voya) which was a bit disappointing ,but all told the purchase and delivery was very satisfactory .”

“Purchased lovely earrings online as a present. The plastic pouch they came in had marker pen drawn on it and really cheapened the whole product. Real shame as the earrings where lovely.”

“Ordered orla kiely jars how ever when recieved them they were not the right colour in middle of wooden lids. When I called customerservice they check and said what was online what I thought I liked was incorrect. Very misleading need to get the description right. I kept them but wasn't what I wanted . Nothing was offered to me as a good will gesture so reluctant to order anything now. Disappointing.”

Dear Christine, We really appreciate your feedback but unfortunately due to our warehouse location and the cost of freight there are delivery fees. The delivery fees would have to be applicable on any order under 89 euros. We look for forward to you shopping again with us. Kilkenny Design Team!!
