“The two pairs of earrings I ordered totaled to about 150 euros and they were not worth the money in the slightest. The first pair, tear drop shaped gold plated earrings, are hollow around the back - the photos and description made them appear to be a fully solid tear drop. The second pair, silver linked chain earrings look very cheap in person, I expected them to be of much higher quality and be sterling silver, the earrings quite literally look and feel like plastic. I won't wear them out. It's very disappointing as I've loved jewlery from Kilkenny in the past but these were both huge misses and due to their return policy I was out 150 euros, not able to return them.”

“I bought a bracelet online, the product was fine but it was presented in a cheap nylon tie bag and paper bag with frayed ties. Not great for a gift. It was just over 50e I think that deserves better wrapping”

“The item I ordered online wasn't true to colour from the ad I saw it on. I checked with my local Kilkenny Shop if I could return it to them. They took the item back, no fuss or bother whatsoever. Fantastic staff and service!”

“I was actually appalled at your customer service. I received an item damaged,’. Customer service was shocking to say the least despite numerous emails as you cannot get to talk to anyone. I ended up cancelling the item and buying it elsewhere. It was Kilkenny designs fault the item was damaged and couldn’t care less or try to help in any way. Therefore I will NEVER buy anything there again”

“The blanket is very pretty and soft. I didn't like how the blanket was just put in a box. The blanket was not wrapped in plastic or paper. It was a wool blanket put in a corrated cardboard box, that's it.”

“Kilkenny Design sell quality items at reasonable "sale" prices. However some items although they are of good quality do seem to be expensive when "not" on sale !”

“Was in newbridge store today with my mother. Purchased a lovely gift but imagine our surprise when she was asked if she wanted a PAPER BAG at a charge. What are you meant to say...no, and walk around a shopping centre with your purchase on full display? Even the poor young shop assistant looked embarrassed. You pay enough for the gifts in store without this added extra. No other shop that I am aware of charges for paper bags...won't be rushing back there soon.”
