“I love the Kilkenny shop. However its shipping policies need attention. I ordered Jo Brown oils gift boxes on the 3rd of September. I did not receive an active tracking number for shipping and I’ve been asked for product feedback on the 25th September without sight or sound of any products! Why FedEx or UPS is not used is beyond me.”

“Product delivered was not as described on web. Return procedure with your courier a shambles. Communication response from your support team very patchy. I would be very hesitant to use your online service again. Refund was processed promptly once return sorted.”

“I use a Irish cologne that I have gotten numerious compliments on. I use to be able to find it in Irish shops in the US but since Covid that has become difficult. I found Kilkenny and they had great prices, quick shipping and the overall experience was great. I will keep using them and look at other product.”
