“I bought a jacket from you online. The wrong size was sent and I contacted you to ask how to return it. I did what you said and now the jacket has been sitting in customs in Dublin for three weeks and nothing is happening. I have neither coat nor money and you have ignored my last 2 emails. Don't pretend you care about customer satisfaction - you are the worst shop I have EVER dealt with. Please send me a refund now.”

“As usual product purchased great, but the online purchasing was fraught as I tried to spend a 250€ one4all card, 50€ max online spend , even though my card was chip n pin. Bummer, had to spend 250€ elsewhere. Their loss”

Hi Joan, I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately, there is a €50 max spend for one4all online purchases, this rule was brought in by one4all to stop fraudulent activity on customers cards. “Purchased two pieces of Nicholas Mosse pottery . The parcel arrived very quickly, very well packaged and protected, but however it happened the dish was in two pieces. I contacted The Kilkenny Shop straight away and I had a replacement dish by return . I am very happy with the service . Will shop again with Kilkenny Shop”
