Do not book with Kiwi. My flight was delayed by 14 hours (prompting me to cancel) and they sent me £10 total. I booked another flight, having lost $700 already, and that one got delayed too, making it physically impossible for me to fly home. Now they're not accepting my Customer Service messages. They won't so much as respond to me as they attempt to take another $700.

Sorriest booking company I have ever used. 3 family members requested to set together and we all 3 are setting apart. Changed one of my flights and only gave me suck ass replacement flights. Ended up costing me more in the end than if I would have just went on ahead and booked through southwest. Don't recommend at all. the first and last time I use them.

Once I ordered my tickets with Kiwi.com they started to change the itinerary multiple times demanding more money for me to keep the flight. After it reached 80 euroes extra they gave me the option to pay more or ask for a refund. Naturally after Kiwi.com changed the itinerary multiple times i asked for a refund. That was over 12 months ago. They say they are not responsible for the refund but the carrier/airline is. I have emailed the carrier/airline and they have no booking or booking number records of what Kiwi.com claims. They have given me a false booking number. The airline also confirms that they are in no way or shape cooperating with Kiwi.com nor are they allowed/authorized to sell their tickets. This company is 100% Scam. They will take your money then sell you "false" flights. When you try to confirm with the carrier they deny having any relations with Kiwi.com. You will be sold false tickets, and you will never get your money back. STAY AWAY!!

I already fill out a dispute form provided by my local bank to get my money back. They told me that my flight was going to be refunded but I am still waiting. The airline told me that my flight was refunded to k1w1.com. Where is my money?? 1 (out of 3 airlines involved in my itinerary) is going to refund my ticket. The rests are not. I am devastated. My trip was going to happen on Nov 23 but the refund of my ticket was already requested and I could not fly. I could have travelled because I got a rescheduled flight from 2 airlines for the following day. Due to a non-approved visa, I wasn't able to fly on Nov 23. Therefore, I had a fly rescheduled by the airline for the following day. However, because a refund was requested to the airlines, I could not fly. I requested k1w1.com to stop the cancelation and the refund of my ticket as the airlines rescheduled my flights. They refused to do so. I missed my 1st flight because k1w1.com didn't allow to get through as the refund request was already sent. I called them at least 7 times begging to stop the cancelation but they refused to do so. Consequently, all the following flights were missed. I lost AU$1821 (the total cost of my flight) because k1w1.com refused to stop the cancelation and refund of my flight. Only one airline is going to refund my ticket and the rests are non-refundable tickets. I already got the information from the airlines. One airline refunded 2 flights that were part of the Itinerary. However, k1w1.com didn't gave it to me back. The company is terrible and does not provide any help. In fact, makes things worse for you. Your calls will go to a call center located in a 3rd world country. The person who purchased my ticket was from Czech Republic snd it was done on behalf of k1w1.com. If you are from Czech Republic, you got a big scammer on: Lazaretní 925/9 615 00 Brno - Zábrdovice Czech Republic I bought my ticket via the website showing the local currency prices. However, my local bank charged me for international transaction fees even if my flight was bought at local currency cost. They never told me that a extra cost was going to be made because the company is located overseas. If you want to buy a ticket with this company, go for it but good luck if something happens to your flights. It is impossible for them to help you if you are in trouble. They will not do anything for you and they might do the things worse. Even their policies contradict themselves and that is how they get away with things. PLEASE, someone press legal charges against this k1w1.com website. They are ruining people's life. My stress level went through the roof and I got sick from it.

Worst experience with an airline service provider ever. My flight from Barcelona to Toronto was cancelled by the airline for reasons out of my control. The carrier put me on another flight and informed Kiwi who never informed me. To get home, I had to book another flight which I paid for out of pocket (so that is two fares out of pocket) and was told to apply for a refund. Kiwi later denied my refund request despite the fact that the ticket purchased was a flex ticket (which was eligible for refund) and the flight was cancelled by the airline. To make matters worse, I got in touch with the airline directly afterwards who had indicated to me that the money was reimbursed to kiwi and that really kiwi should be the one communicating with them directly and not me. The only way to get in touch with this company after the flight is through a chat box where you consistently talk to new people who do not seem to updated on the sequence of events nor do they care to be. There is no process to escalate complaints and I am still waiting for my money back. Do yourself a favour, save yourself time and money. I will never use them again.

Priority boarding for one flight instead of two. I paid for priority boarding for my flights Vienna-Paris. After 3 days I got many emails saying that they add it to only one flight and for another one they didn't. I thought it was a joke because the whole reason why you're doing that - is you want to bring a trolley on board. But having it only one way doesn't make any sense. So, they refunded Priority Boarding for Paris-Vienna but left one for Vienna-Paris. I told them that pls refund me everything Priority Boarding for both flights. And they're telling me about the fact that they can't and telling me that it was a 'technical problem' to book Priority Boarding for one of the flights. So the operator was like, I cannot do it for the flight back, but who cares, let's do it for a flight to the place and refund a back one. How should I use it? I just have no words. Never using this service again. I simply have no words. Ofc they won't do anything about it. But it's not how service should work. It has no logic behind it.

Wish if I could give 0 stars. Booked flight for my husband from Perth to India with a layover in kuala lumpur. These scum bags didn't mention that he needed on arrival visa for changing the connecting flight. He got refused by immigration to catch his 2nd leg of flight. Sitting at the airport wasted his half way tickets. Had to wait that night as there were no flights left with air asia. Had to book other flights from kuala lumpur to kolkata and then kolkata to delhi and then booked a train for his final destination. Wasted $2000 and whole 2 days to reach at home. PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THESE BLOODY THEIVES. THEY DONT HELP YOU AT ALL. UPON CALLING THE IDIOT LADY OVER THE PHONE ASKED MY HUSBAND TO CONTACT LOCAL EMBASSY IN MALAYSIA MEANWHILE HIS NEXT CONNECTION MISSED OUT.

I wish there was an option for zero stars because that's what I would give them. My international flight to the Lima airport was delayed from another airlines and Kiwi DID NOT understand or consider the circumstances that an aircraft caught on fire Nov 19 restricting my flight to the Lima airport,which rendered my Nov 20 flight to be insufficient. They did not work with me at all and did not display and empathy or consider an exception. They are the worst ever and should be shut down

If I could give a negative, I would. We missed a connection and I had to rebook after I paid this joke of a company. Then, after our trip on the way back, the airline did not find our other booking and I had to rebook out of pocket again to get home. They put us on hold several different times for hours and never resolved. I have been fighting the credit card company for reimbursement!! NEVER use this scam service!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid them at any cost. I got stuck in another county and lost my job and my apartment and everything. Almost got banned to enter county again due visa is out of date and a lot problem and Costs to pay and they will not help you rebook in time to have to do it all even if you have all guarantees and their policy is to find new nothing they will find ways to put blame on you or others, all their fault. They could be put in jail all Of them. Cause I chatted with 100 of them supporters they change people all time and no one stays with you all the way. No numbers to call and they think they can call you when you in another country with no number, no email contacts no number and no no no risky as hell. They did not inform when changes of flights or time and you will miss it and all of your connections flights too. And refund time is 1 year if not more. And other refunds was not even given due they do everything to put blame on you if you don’t do right and they know the laws/rules way better than you cause scammers and will do all in their power to not give you compromises nor refund. They are a very high risky and very bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad. Avoid at any cost. I’m stupid to give them chanses, now I lost 3.000 euro on just nothing. Tickets normally are the most expensive there too , there’s a cheaper ones a-lot of them other apps/pages. 3 Rd chanse and lost my life cause them, I explained my situations and they give no compromise for my lost of ticket and life lost costs of everything I had. I Russian roulette would give you less risky than this. A gambler have bigger safety to win than you to make safe travel.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I accidentally cancelled my flight and called them the very minute to undo the mistake. The result? I LOST ALL MY MONEY because they did nothing about it. STAY AWAY!

Cannot get reach to support at all!! When they made money of you regardless your travel was cancelled / postponed etc, you'll never get your money back! Pure scam model! Waiting for a refund for 4 months already no way to get reach to someone for clarification at all (242 058 949 - booking, just in case someone from the company cares at least a bit about their reputation).

KIWI.com USERS BUYER BEWARE! I learned the hard way after losing the cost of my ticket when I had a thoroughly documented medical emergency of a heart attack while in the airport, resulting in me having to go to the emergency room instead of making my flight. Even though the airline had agreed to reimburse me for my flight KiWI.com refused to process my reimbursement. Please note the THREE REASONS you should never buy your ticket using KIWI.com as an intermediary. #1). Once you purchase a ticket on KIWI.com, you are essentially forfeiting your right to deal directly with the airline you are flying to handle any legitimate dispute you might have (i.e., medical emergencies, refunds, lost luggage, etc.). All disputes, refunds, or reimbursements can only be handled through KIWI.com and its incredibly narrow definition of what constitutes an emergency. #2). According to KIWI’s customer service agent, they do not follow international regulations (i.e., lost delayed luggage or medical emergencies) for legitimate emergency-related disputes. #3). Also, according to this same agent, KIWI has no real customer service support to communicate with should something go very wrong. And let's face it, more goes wrong these days than right, with air travel! They don’t even have an address to submit demand letters regulated by US law. The best you’ll receive in terms of support is a pseudo-robo customer service “person” claiming to be the final arbiter of any dispute. SO, IF YOU USE KIWI AND HAVE ANY SORT OF TRAVEL EMERGENCY THAT ENTITLES YOU TO REIMBURSEMENT BY THE AIRLINE ITSELF, BECAUSE YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKET ON KIWI.COM, YOU ARE COMPLETELY SCREWED!

Awful customer experience. No communication whatsoever. It has taken almost 13 months for my refund to come back to me. The amount I've been offered is a third of what I paid for the flights in the first place. I only cancelled my flights because there was a change of dates which meant I couldn't go. The other options were to pay significantly more and have a layover for several hours. Don't bother using them, always just book direct. Worst customer experience I have e ever had

Extremely disappointed in Kiwi's policy to not refund or assist in any way if I no longer need to Checked luggage. I paid $80 for checked luggage and will definitely not be using Kiwi again
