“I loved everything about knots.ph. The flowers are fresh, and I really like the personal touch of the presentation because of the instax photo (super creative). Also, the staff who was assisting me in IG inquiry is very polite and super big help. Highly recommended!”

“The bouquet was very pretty. My grandma was delighted. So I have no problem with the item itself. I just think that customer service can be improved. I requested for a photo pre-delivery (and even sent in a reminder a day prior). Despite their assurances, I did not get one before the flowers reached my grandma. Quite disappointed by that. *NOTE: They have offered a voucher to "make up" for it.”

“The flower arrived in the given time. It was beautiful. My wife loved it. I made her birthday even more special since I owe her the peonies on our wedding day but the flower supplier couldn't deliver and change it to a cheaper version of peonies which was a dragged. Now, the Knot will be my go to place when I need flower to impress my love ones.”
