“The flower arrangement in terms of the color combination and sturdy packaging was absolutely wonderful and well thought-out. Though, some of the flowers that were used was on the wilting stage, hoping that the arrangement would last for another day or two. Nevertheless, Knots provided a good customer service.”

“I’ve ordered just a day before my parents’ Anniversary and I was so glad they were able to deliver on time. I love the flower arrangement itself, bonus points that I could personalize it with add-ons! My parents loved it. ❤️ Kudos to the team for having a very responsive customer service too.”

“It's my first time buying in this shop and I was so amazed that the flowers arrived fresh and in pristine condition considering that our location is too far. The item looks exactly as the picture shows. My mom was surprised and happy upon receiving Papa's surprise birthday gift. I had the best experience in their customer service, it was fast and proficient. Thank you so much Knots.ph! I highly recommend everyone to buy flowers from this shop.”
