“We used them to make new ties and scarves for our new business. Great feel to the ties and scarves. They were very helpful with the designing of them and organizing them. A bit slow on the replies but that was only because we are in different countries and the time zones are opposite. Overall would recommend!”

“I love the product and am so happy with the mission! However, I encourage Knotty Tie to improve the user-friendliness of the custom building process. I found the back and forth via email and the check out process to be quite challenging, and probably would not have fully completed the process if I wasn't committed to the mission of the company. “I had some regular length bow ties and some XL bow ties. The boxes weren't marked at all, so I had to unbox all of them to sort it out. Not a big deal. The ties look great. Happy with the product.”

“The service was great, turn around time was great. My ties are groomsmen gifts and they are already packaged in a beautiful way to present. The design of the tie was exactly as I asked it to be so the design team was amazing. The actual print of the tie is a little fuzzy, but for a custom tie I don't think I expected much different”

“The process of getting the design proofs was very easy and quick. The initial tie sent out had an error with the way part of it was printed, but they very quickly determined the problem and sent out a fixed tie that arrived only two days later. Overall I’d say it was a very pleasant experience and would use Knotty Tie again in the future.”

“We used Knotty for our groom's party ties and pocket squares. My first design request took quite a while for a proof, and when it came through, I was less than impressed. After calling the Knotty office and a few email exchanges, I felt like I was able to see my original idea translated. There were just a lot of bumps and miscommunications along the way- pricing errors, proof errors, etc. However, we pushed through and ordered. My fiance' and I are pleased with the ties and pocket squares. I do wish I had been offered a custom tie label, though. I didn't think of it until I had the tie in hand, oh well! The ties and pocket squares are quite lovely, and I can't wait to see them worn on our wedding day!”
