Placed an online order on the 15 of October. Recieved 4 of the 9 items. Called and got someone from India that I couldn't understand. She said my items were on there way. She needed all 5 items that I purchased which I'm assuming she ordered for me again. Keep in mind I've already been charged for these items that I've never received. I called back on Monday the first of November. Talked to someone from India again. She said one of my items had been taken off my order which I still was charged for and never received. She also wanted my 5 items again! I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor and she said they were busy and they would call me back which never happened. I'm very disappointed with the online services. My daughter and I have been shopping with Kohl's for years and spent lots of money. I guess my lesson is don't use online shopping with them. How can they charge your account if you don't get the merchandise!!

I entered gift card code on my order, then after placing the order noticed my credit card had been charged rather than gift card. Called customer service and they canceled order and then reordered using my gift card. Unfortunately, because my "Kohl's cash had been used ($40) on my original order ( and you must cancel within 30 minutes which I did) it was not available on the reorder, FORTY DOLLARS, gone! Of course, it expires today, again FORTY DOLLARS gone. Kohls USE to be great, so disappointing now. Telling family no more gift cards from KOHLs. Amazon much easier to deal with.

These crooks are making me wait an extra six days for items that should have arrive five days ago!! Received one item out a 5 item order, supposedly if the items do not arrive in the next six days I will receive a refund. What a bunch of idiots!! This was my first time to order from them and it will be my last!!

I signed up for a Kohl's credit card since I shopped there a lot. Afterwards I started receiving spam calls every day. After being a customer for 20 years, I wont be shopping here anymore. I cannot respect a business who sells peoples personal information for money.

First let me say that this is the worst credit i ever had. I ordered a air mattress and what i received was 2 inflatable chairs i had to go to the Kohl's store nearest me to go return them then they didn't even carry air mattress es

First time ordered from kohl.com cause i needed some suitcases. Horrible experience orders were cancelled shorty after when I called the costumer service to find out why some Indian man answered fine just some guy doing his job but then he transfers me to another person asking all kind of questions. My address, email, card number, then all of sudden he wants to send me several digit code to my cell so i can verify it back to him ??? Remind you all I asked was why the order was canceled item out of stock or is it my address has problem etc.. my order number and email address should be enough for him. Why does he wanna send me code to my cell? Felt like I’m on one of those scammers calls especially after i heard scammers do that to break into your personal accounts after you repeat back the codes to them. I’m running from this fishy website especially now that I see all these negative reviews. Btw like others mentioned they also send me emails saying my account is locked because someone tried many incorrect passwords just an hour after I created the account. Even if the company might be legit I’m not surprised if the people work in there doing some fishy business. Why do they transfer my call to india or wherever it’s not like they are AT&T

Getting BLM, Attorney General, better business bureau and other relevant organizations involved along with a good law firm! This company is RACIST, DISGUSTING, discriminating, incompetent and should be ready for it's worst PUBLIC relations nightmare!!! Anyone can have a bad day BUT I am saying this after speaking with 5 of their employees which INCLUDED two SUPERVISORS! I have never dealt with such horrible people and it is time to BOYCOTT Kohl's as a company and file lawsuits against them. It's sometimes hard for people of color to get credit... they took RACIAL ABUSE to a whole NEW level by reporting THEIR mistake as an error on my part and causing my CREDIT score to drop 57 points while I am looking at buying a home for me and my family! I have been trying to straighten it out for over 2 weeks and have had no success. My spotless credit is now in the tank due to their actions and anyone with a working brain cell in their head knows what an effect a drop of 58 points on a credit report does to a mortgage!

Received a letter in mail stating my APR was increasing due mine was lower than new customers. I'm thinking what the hell, if I charge anything always pay it off the next month so I don't pay interest. So I call customer service and asked them to explain, he told me it is increasing so all customers have the same APR and the new APR is 26.99%. So I said fine close my account, he precided to tell me, well Miss if you close your account you will never be allowed to open it again. I laughed at him and said close my account if you treat customer like this I don't want to give you my business anyway

MAJOR screwup company They used to be reputable carrying mostly first-class merchandise, until this pandemic. Now its all way overpriced dollar store junk, and a messed up website return policy. I needed some new skorts (not skirts) as my local Goodwill, Target etc. no longer carry them, or they've out of stock. And I wanted to use my kohl's charge. I ordered 4 knee length size 10 skorts on 8/30 and what I received on 9/3 were 4 denim mini skirts. I went to the website to do an easy return, and discovered that Kohls had changed that policy. Now you either have to visit a store OR spend an hour on the phone with their useless CS.

This place is the worst for online shopping. Never received my merchandise and after calling customer service I was transferred to India twice and El Salvador where they couldn't help finding my order. Even lied when I requested to speak to American agent. Just transferred to another one from India who pretended to be American, what a joke this place is. Then they wouldn't except any negative review from their site. Never Again!!

Kohls WALLET is a joke. Will probably lose my 10.00. Talking to a live person to help me is impossible. Give me a printed coupon any day. Shop there less and less. Only really went there was for CHAPS. .

Ordering online from Kohls is the worst possible thing to do. My order was canceled within minutes, and my account was locked. I then reset my password and logged in and recorded my items. My order was canceled once again and my account locked a second and later a third time. This seems to be a scam or fraud practice and it is very untrustworthy. I then called customer service twice and finally after the 2nd call and after waiting 20 minutes they were able to reorder my order and I hope it is not canceled before it arrives. It is so frustrating and I will not be ordering from Kohls online ever again.

Worst customer service. Everytime I order no never send the bonus kohls cash. Have to talk to your customer service via phone. Tried at store.. no help either..Never fix issue. But you email me that I have the kohls cash. Never in my wallet.

Made payment online and they did not receive. Checked with my bank and Kohls system had a problem receiving it. Once everything was checked out, Kohl charged me additional $25 for return check. I PAID ONLINE. I received confirmation from customer service rep. Get another phone call days later stating that my payment did not go through.....Once everything finally got corrected on there side, the $25 fee could not be removed. This is the only reason for the bad review. Their account department SUCKS. Only pay cash if you go to Kohls.

At around 12:45 pm I entered Kohl's in Forsyth, IL to shop for some things to put on hold for my mother to pick up, until my food at Panda was ready at 1:30 pm. A woman in casual clothes started to tail me from a distance. I just ignored her figuring it was my bookbag ON MY BACK. Many places tell u to leave bookbags with them. Kohl's does not.. The managers & security are always hiding behind clothes acting like they are working when they are really goofing off spying on people. That should be the job of those in charge of the cameras and not workers harassing customers. Then a older lady came out in a bright yellow vest and kept stalking me calling on her radio. She looked very disgruntled & angry. As a matter of fact the two managers I spoke, with Anne & Jill, both looked so hateful & bitter, I was in shock that managers would present themselves as anything other than respectful & helpful. One manager I talked to tried to be concerned but it seemed amusing to her instead of a problem. I will contact corporate tomorrow to find out what their security protocols are & who was directing this crazy assistant manager named Anne to follow me around the store in Forsyth, IL.

Please note this is for Kohl’s.com not an in store purchase. I placed an order at kohl’s.com and the wrong item was shipped. Then I called and they said the would reorder it and then 4 business days later notified me they were cancelling the order because it was out of stock!! When I called to check they cancelled the order without crediting the account. Seems more likely to me they didn’t want to honor the advertised sale amount. So kohl’s.com’s inability to send the right item will now cost me $50 more because it’s no longer on sale!! I typically don’t order from kohl’s.com now I know why. In-store so much better. If I have to order online it won’t be with kohl’s.com

If I could give zero stars, I would! Terrible customer service. Had queries about a cancelled order and was given zero assistance, except being treated like I was a fraud. Will NEVER try to purchase from this store again, and I will NEVER recommend them.

I brought a friend today to shop for her pre-teen son for back to school clothes. Mom had no idea of size or style for this age group. I contact Cheryl Stock in that department ahead of time and Cheryl was their personal shopper. What a wonderful experience. Cheryl knew exactly how to fit him, what was in style and treated him as a young adult. The young man found casual pants and more tailored ones along with socks, underwear, pj's, t-shirts and hoodies. He went away smiling and feeling good about himself. Young seventh graders need self-confidence as they encounter new environments and classmates. I believe Cheryl's good judgement and patience (she spent an hour and a half with us) went beyond good customer service. She is amazing; and we thank you for finding a real winner!

Their website "wallet" feature doesn't works. Out is difficult to navigate, and doesn't correctly show the Kohl's cash amount. Very frustrated over what shouldn't be hard. Kohl's sent me an email for 3 different amounts - none of which could be properly printed and utilized. The customer service telephone number is hidden and not easily found, not even when you look in the "contact us" area on the website. Used to be better and easier to use. Has become too difficult. Shop elsewhere.
